I had a great experience with Dr. Burghardt and team. I needed a very fast appointment, she got me in within a few days. After finding out about needing a tonsillectomy Dr. Burghardt thankfully got my surgery scheduled within 4 days to fit my upcoming busy schedule. Dr. Burghardt and her entire team were very accommodating, friendly, efficient, and extremely conscious/understanding of my schedule. I am so glad I chose this office and would highly recommend to anyone in need of fast and proficient ENT care. Thank you!

I came here due to a condition I have had for 25+ years. Symptoms that affected my life 24/7. I explained to the Dr.that my dizziness was associated with my nasal congestion. She didn’t seem interested in what I had to say and after spending less than 10 minutes with me, made her own assumption about my symptoms. This is what she wrote concerning my visit, “I believe she has a significant psychological component to her symptoms” WHAT! I didn’t know she was also a therapist and could make such an assumption in 10 minutes. Oh, by the way she isn’t a therapist, she just wasn’t interested in hearing me or helping me. I went to another Dr.a real Dr.who told me my symptoms were classic symptoms of severe allergies to mite. Severe allergies to mite will cause nasal congestion which can result in dizziness. So, Dr. Burghardt, my dizziness wasn’t psychological, it was real and it really affected my life.

I brought my son to Dr. Burghardt about a week ago. As a physician she conducted a thorough exam and answered all my questions in a simple and concise manner. However, what I appreciated the most about the visit was the time she spent with us despite clearly having a full schedule of patients waiting for her. Even more she offered to refer me to someone else to do the procedure my son needs to save me money because of my current insurance being out of network.

I am also a doctor so I believe I have seen my fair share of the good and the bad.

I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for quality ENT care from a physician who cares about the patient above her own profit.

Incredible ENT. Helpful, honest, and very forthcoming about treatment options. Highly recommend if you need ENT services in the Syracuse area.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Burghardt since she was around 2 years old (she’s now almost 8.) I have never had one bad experience. The wait time can sometimes be a little long but I’d be more worried if she buzzed through every single appointment without actually treating her patients. She cares about her patients and takes her time with them (especially the kids.) Nothing more I could ask for in one of my daughters doctors.

If a zero was an option that is how this provider would be rated. My mother went to this ENT for help and treatment for a consistent ear problem with pain. Not only did my mother need to wait for an extended period of time in the office waiting room, she then was rushed out of the office with no treatment or resolve for her ear pain, hearing loss and dizziness. The doctor told her if she wanted tubes in her ears she would do that. Who wants tubes in their ears? The doctor provided no support other then to tell my mother to return in 2 weeks for a hearing exam. This was a total waste of my mother’s time and energy when she is already not feeling well. In other words, suffer for the next 2 weeks and if you’re hearing ok now you most certainly won’t be in 2 weeks. She wasted her time, took her money and did absolutely nothing to help her. This is unacceptable!

Don’t know why Irv’s face keeps popping up on my posts but my name is Maureen and I Saw Dr. Burghardt for the first time yesterday. She and her staff are great. They make you feel comfortable immediately and though I was dreading the hearing test, Dr. Burghardt’s technician, Kimberly Newton, made it a lot less stressful. Dr. Burghardt herself is personable and performed the necessary procedure quickly and painlessly. So glad I chose her.

Great experience with Dr Burghardt and her staff. Reasonably on time with our appointment and weren’t waiting long once in the examination room. Did a great job with the the surgery for ear tubes for our 11mo old.
