Super cool to see in person as I've seen it so many times in film. Central park is way cleaner and NewYorkers are way friendlier than I expected.
Super cool city

The most stunning and famous location in the United States. I believed I had to see this location in my life after seeing it in the Hindi love drama film $ Kal ho na ho $. However, I recently traveled to New York City and was able to view the fountain for myself.
It's stunning and so romantic. It appears stunning I've always loved this place.

The Bethesda Fountain is the most photographed fountain in the world after the Trevi Fountain.

Gossip Girl fans will notice that this is where Serena van der Woodsen comes whenever she's worried.

Classic landmark of Central Park. Yes, there is so much more going on here than movies, but visiting the terrace you can't help but think of the countless cinema moments filmed here.

I only went there hoping to see that spot where that John Wick scene was shot. It was scenic in the evening.

Seen so many times in many films that I felt like I had been there many times before my first time. A magnificent place that is a must-see in Central Park. Too bad the Avengers had already left when I passed. But there are still the departures of bicycles and carriages which also gives a particular charm

I'm biased to real nature over manufactured, BUT, if you can get a glimpse without a crowd, this is a nice platform to view from

Busy but not difficult to move around. Lots of group photos being taken so had to manoeuvre around them.

Feels like a meeting plaza in Central Park.
The level of improvisation is different.

After a few years of photographing many weddings and engagements in nyc you'd think I would eventually get bored at a lot of the iconic locations people ask to shoot at, but NEVER at Bethesda terrace.it's such a beautifully dynamic place that I could shoot here every week and never lack inspiration. I highly recommend it! Ig @iamthesam
