5I didn't do business here, I dropped a friend to use an ATM machine. She seemed pleased.
I am on oxygen and some days are really difficult for me so I use the drive through services. Today was one of those days where I didn't feel well and the day that I need the drive through the most, the teller would not print my checks for me. I needed 3 bank checks. Just remember young lady that people are more important than rules and regulations and hope that you enjoy great health forever and never have to be in my situation. Cold hearted.
Simple transactions are difficult for the Tellers, reading and understanding is essential.
Good bank brand been with them for years. BUT the Roosevelt location definitely needs to step its services up smh
Worst place the bank. No customer from the bank manager Amanda. Worst bank ever. I'm so sorry I left Bank of America for this. BANK OF AMERICA GO UP AND BEYOND FOR CUSTOMER. Will be going back to BOA.
