Your account get hacked they take all your money two days before Christmas and these people are like oh well there nothing we can do maybe on Monday like that helps after Christmas sure that’s great you don’t need food or anything just have to deal with it.

Always friendly and helpful employees. I used to have free checking with another bank and then Chase bought that one up and after a year started charging me to just keep an account open unless I had direct deposit. I got free checking at BPFCU instead and they even pay me interest on it.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews for this bank. My mom opened up a joint savings account for me when I was 6 here and I refuse to bank anywhere else. I had to have a Chase account for a short period of time and with that came an onslaught of made-up fees for simply having money or not enough money with them. I will be moving to California soon but will keep my account open here for when I need to transfer money to my mom or for additional savings. Federal Credit Unions are the way to go since most of the world’s crimes against humanity can be traced back to the central banking system. I’ve always found the employees to be pleasant and helpful. Readers should be aware that most of the negative reviews here are made by people who can barely write a coherent sentence without major grammatical errors and from someone who has worked in customer service I can say that this is typical from people who simply can’t help themselves.

I closed my business account here because the bank has the worst employees I’ve ever seen.

Even the supervisor is a jerk.

DURING A PANDEMIC WHEN YOUR NOT WORKING

The people at the drive up window are always so sweet. Remembered me after a couple of visits and make my trip here the easiest! Preferred location for sure.

This bank absolutely sucks. Waited for over two hours on line to do a simple transaction. They had one person to serve thirty cars online at the drive thru.during Covid 19. This bank could careless about their customers.

Worst place to be. Only 1teller takes 4ever. If you are planning to come make sure you have good couple of hours to wait. The worst bank service I have ever experienced in my life.

Since the pandemic it's a hour and a half wait to see a teller. This is totally wrong and not helpful at all! Everytime. Gotta figure this out

E wry one is super nice there. Even greeted by my first name from ones that have helped me in the past! They make banking so easy at the branch and with their on line services as well! It’s a no brained to open an account there!
