6Paid off my account closed account. They hit my credit for $1 without any explanation. Every customer service agent is confused about what happened. No solution.
I had an issue in regards to a check from my mortgage company. The manager KURT bogdahn solved my issues and met all my needs and concerns. He has excellent customer skills and should be acknowledged for them. He is an asset to Bethpage Federal Credit Union.
Honestly such a lovely branch! Karen is super helpful and made me feel like we were family. She was knowledgeable and was aw to comfort me during my issue. Such great staff.
My daughter needed to deposit her first paycheck and get a debit card. It was 15 minutes before closing time and the only time we could go to the bank. Karen Colavolpe was extremely helpful and quickly opened a new checking a savings account, explained all the details to my daughter, printed her a debit card and answered her questions all in record time. She went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful for her help in making this milestone moment a great experience for my daughter.

I have been a customer at this for a long time. Last time I went there, the tellers there were no help and showed lots of attitude. They should be helpful and respectful regardless of race.
