Why we getting ripped off on cart fees, 40$ for double, $30 single.stop ripping us off.public course discriminating. CASHLESS is ILLEGAL, especially when you also charge "credit card processing fees to customer". LAWSUIT coming

Finally shipped my order nearly a month after placing it, they sent an incorrect item and the quality of the other items was very low for the prices they charged.

They did not answer via email about the order, will now see if they answer and fullfill the refund/return request.

Ken in the pro shop is one of the rudest individuals to walk this earth. Ken treated my sister like garbage for asking a simple question. God forbid, right? No one deserves to be treated this way. He has the typical god-complex you’d expect from a miserable old man thinking he works at Augusta…great face of Bethpage? … please fix this.

Make you feel you are not welcomed into there private club even though it's a public course. Only reason I go in is to rent a cart and it just starts my day off bad.

Ordered 2 items. One item was defective, the other the wrong item. They replaced the defective item.but ignored my request to fix the other item. Definitely disappointed.

Don’t buy a lesson package here! Go to the pga store in Westbury. Much nicer to deal with and better technology! I bought a series of 6 lessons and after only one lesson my “pro “ left. When I asked the guy at the pro shop about getting more lessons from someone else he could not have been more rude telling me basically too bad Thats your loss I don’t care! Next time I got some one a bit nicer. Referred me to Paul. Paul said he would take care of it. Never called me back. Called again was referred to meagan and then referred to the almighty Kelly. Owner supposedly. She could care less. Gave me the number of the pro who left even though she knew he hasn’t returned my calls and texts for months. He’s probably not even in the state anymore. Horrible business practice horrible customer service when needed most. Anyone can be nice when there is no problem. Your real colors show when there’s an obvious unfair situation that may be difficult to fix!

Very disorganized, extremely slow pace of play.wait on every shot, no rangers in sight.too many tee times stuffed into 1 hour to maximize revenue.very frustrating to play here like this all the time.
