Better Smile of WNY

Had my first visit recently. It’s the first dental office I ever really felt comfortable at. Very friendly staff. Gave me a good breakdown of issues going on and gave a lot of details of plans going forward.

I have bad anxiety at dentist and I felt very comfortable telling her I have anxiety. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I also need a tooth pulled and she offered to hold my hand.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. My first impression of the Staff was Very friendly and helpful I recently had a crown put in and the Dentist was Very warm, friendlyand professional. Explained the procedure and I was done before you knew it. I Hivhly Recommend this Dentists. J was referred by a friend and So Glad I now have new dentist.

I’ve never had a Dentist explain anything to me about my teeth! But this one did. My whole family is happy we found Better Smiles. Thank you

I’ve been getting dental work done here for 5 years or so and never have any problems. I usually get cleanings only but occasionally have fillings as well. I lost a filling recently and got right in. I was in and out in 30 MINUTES! Not too shabby! My tooth was repaired quickly and efficiently. Fantastic job!

Friendly female staff made my 3 year old feel safe and comfortable for her first visit. They went at her pace. She also loved the treasure chest prize!

This is the worst dentist I have ever had the experience to deal with. They botched two crown jobs a couple years ago. Both teeth they left cement which caused irritation, two root canals, an extra $3,000 of dental work (bc insurance companies only pay for one crown per tooth) and a year of tooth pain. This is not the worst of it. They had the audacity to try and charge me for the work. Then refused to return my calls to discuss anything. Very unprofessional. Please do not let this company any where near your mouth. I had three dental experts review their work with the same diagnosis. Additionally, I have photographs of the mess they left in my mouth.

Wonderful experience at this business. I was particularly impressed by their Colleague Diane Szaras, R D H, who is competent, compassionate and capable!

The staff was nice and friendly but the doctor I had did not listen to me at all. I'm allergic to most antibiotics and I told them more than once and he still prescribed something in the same family and told me I would be fine if I took it

Grew up homeless with seldom a dentist visit. This facility is helping me combat years of negligence.

I had a cleaning appt after two years.it was great appt with Sharon. She took time to patiently clean my teeth without any pain. Thank you sharon. Quick in and out.as soon as I was there I could go to a cleaning chair. Front desk people are very nice. The entire facility is clean. They also answer their phones promptly. I will recommend this dentist place to you all.go for it.

My appointment was awesome. I was having pain and tenderness from my root canal I had months ago. She found cement in between my crown and tooth. She removed as much as she could. I had immediate relief and today no pain at all! Thank you so much!

The dental hygienists are great, however I regret visiting the Transit office. I went in for a routine filling about a month ago, and have been in pain ever since. I think the dentist caused nerve damage. I've never had that happen before.

I like the atmosphere of the office. They schedule patients knowing how much each visit will take so I there is rarely any waiting once you arrive. I have had a lot of dental work done at the office. I am completely satisfied with the results. Dr. Riad strives for perfection.
