Beyond Bagels, Jericho NY

Food was great but they didn’t give us half of our order. After spending $30 on one Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a bagel, White Fish on a Bagel, Croissant, and two hashbrowns.

Employable who took our order looked miserable and gave us attitude when we asked for TWO hashbrowns.

Opened the order when we got home and was missing an entire sandwich and hash brown.

Food was good but come on? How do you miss half the order?

I received a package shipped from ny to myself yesterday12/16 at 2pm. The label on the package said it was supposed to be here 12/23.
There was no note as to who it was from. When I figured it out that my mother sent bagels for us to enjoy for Christmas I let her know they arrived. She was guaranteed they would deliver on time.

Well I received 6 day (assuming they shipped on tge same day they were made) old bagels poorly packaged. There was so much air in the sealed bag there was no way they would be fresh. Almost hard.all of the everything seasoning was soggy.

Are you out of your mind? $22 for a dozen of mediocre at best bagels and another $17 to ship it for it not to arrive on time. Would u eat 6 day old bagels that have been sitting in a box? Would never recommend. Maybe there was a chance these bagels would have been good had they arrived at the 3 day mark as they were supposed to. Beyond bagels should be ashamed of themselves guaranteeing them to arrive a certain time. Don't ship perishable items if u can't deliver

10 dollars for a small piece of crumb cake and 2 small black coffees. It was the last piece at the end of the day as well. Think they need to pay attention.

There's too many Bagel Stores, in the area that have good bagels w/o Ryde Service!

Twice had me wait a long time for my order. Rude. I will not go back if I'm starving!

Took 20 minutes to get 3 Bagels and there was one person in front of me. Owner just standing chatting with customers instead of watching the joke of an operation. Then paid 15$ for a bagel with cream cheese and lox. Place is a joke I will never go back

I've been here twice. And the food was good. What I didn't like was the unprofessional approach to interaction with customers, not just myself. They do not offer free refills. On lemonade and ice tease & cofee. Yet it is so easily accessible by anyone who walks in. Put them behind the counter and serve it yourselves if you want to deny customers free refills if.

Terrible. Food is sub par at 5 star prices. Just paid 15$ for 3 eggs and swiss cheese on a platter.

Ordered a turkey wrap on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and honey mustard. Received two extremely thin slices of unripened tomatoes, barely any honey mustard. Wrap was tasteless and wet. All for the low-low price of $14.52. Yeah, sorry, will not go again

Love this place. I don’t know what they do to their cream cheese but it’s soooo good. They always make my bagel with plenty of cream cheese just how it should be.

Unprofessional staff, irresponsible for missing items on orders, rude, food quality is garbage dumpster level, health department should investigate

Horrible food and service! I ordered simple BLT that came with undercooked bacon and no lettuce! Prices are extremely expensive as well. They want over $12 for a BLT! Do not recommend!

Been going to this place for over 14 years now, you can call it inflation but a grilled chicken sandwich on a roll, a small apple juice and a small bag of chips should never cost 26 dollars.

Disgusting attitude at this place from the older gentlemen with salt & pepper hair + glasses! He was beyond impatient on a weekday morning when it was slow as hell & no other customers were in the store. I went in to ask if they had any breakfast platters and if they include homefries.

The guy said no $5 extra, I say ok do you have any type of combination platter with a side? He said “man what do you want? What aren’t you getting here? ” Looks at another worker & says to him “take care of this guy, I don’t have time for these games” & slams the pen & paper then walks away.

So it appears that the temperament of this worker is tested when a customer questions the $18 breakfast price for an item that is $10-12 at any other bagel/breakfast place.

His attitude is basically “I don’t have time to deal with the poors, either let me screw you over or no questions asked peasant”

Also saw the workers cleaning with dirty rags & preparing the food with the same hands unwashed!
