As a fellow attorney I recommend Durga Bhurtel. Durga and his associates hold law degrees in Nepal, India, and New York. Durga's great skill and ability to practice law in multiple languages, and in multiple countries is remarkable. It is rare for an attorney to be able to hold a license to practice in two jurisdictions. Holding law licenses in three jurisdictions is a feat accomplished by very few. Durga's expertise in foreign law gives him the unique ability to handle international matters involving both American and Nepalese concerns.

Durga's associates Babu Ram Devkota and Uttam Panday have strong credentials. Before Babu entered private practice in the USA he was a law professor at one of the top universities in Nepal. Uttam served as a member of Nepal's National Police, the equivalent to America's FBI, for many years before entering private practice in the USA. Uttam has counterterroism experience. Uttam also worked with the UN and Interpol during his tenure with the National Police.

Durga and the attorneys in his office also display a great deal of empathy and kindness to their clients. Many seek his help at their most vulnerable, and I can say without hesitation that he treats his clients with the respect they deserve.

If I had an international issue that involved Nepali law Durga would absolutely be the first one I would contact.

If my reviews which I have written is incorrect and wrong meet me directly with my friends and yours as well. If you have any questions regarding my previous review talk to me directly not in the market to make your law firm 5 stars. You can’t satisfy all the customers in this world. Sometime you are rude to somebody and sometime you are polite. You were absolutely rude to me and you never showed humanity as well. Living in a society rather than material world impacts happiness to lot of other individuals. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANY INDIVIDUALS.

IMPORTANT: I have solved my issue in $0 not in $15000 that too with a prior deposit demanding from DURGA BHURTEL (DO NOT TRY TO SAY AGAIN ITS A COMPLEX ISSUE). Again, Keep in your mind do not try to force me to remove this rating or upgrade this rating, otherwise I have to take serious actions on this matter.

It has been an absolute pleasure to have Mr. Bhurtel as my lawyer. He not only is respectful and kind but he is also extremely hardworking.
