I have been going to Bianca jewelers for a long time - mostly to repair jewelry and watches. They always do a great job and are responsive and friendly. Today, I brought in a necklace that my toddler had broken. It wasn't fine jewelry, but it was a wedding gift that I am very attached to. After taking a careful look and explaining what could and couldn't be done, Lisa took out her pliers and carefully re-attached the clasp to the chain, handing it back at no cost. I'm not able to afford the fine pieces they sell in the store, but they always make me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!

I had a stone from my grandmother that she left for me when she passed. I wanted it set and made into a necklace so I could wear it everyday and think of her. This meant so much to me. Lisa and Alan at Bianca Jewelers did an AMAZING job. It is exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with the result. They informed me of what the stone was and kept me in the loop the entire process. Quick, easy and amazing work!

Bianca Jewelers is AMAZING!
From the very first moment I shyly walked in to start looking at engagement rings, Helen welcomed me with a big smile and open arms. She helped me figure out my style and invited me to come back with my then boyfriend.

A week later, we’re back with Helen. Again, she was all about making us comfortable and answering all questions with sincerity. No one is pushy or snobbish. I’ll recommend this store forever.

I can't say enough good things about this jeweler! We got our engagement rings here and more recently I had a piece custom made, with a beautiful outcome. Helen was a pleasure to work with.

I went in to have a the clasp on a gold chain repaired. I spoke with Helen who could not have been nicer or more helpful. The chain was repaired in two days, at a reasonable price. When I picked it up, Helen was there, remembered me, and we even had a nice chat.
Just previously, I'd had a watch band repaired at a different jeweler nearby who was as cold as impersonal as it was possible to be. I'm returning to Bianca Jewelers from now on, no question. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I thought that had gone away, but not at Bianca!

I had been looking for a place to get my engagement ring resized and couldn’t find a place responsive or where I felt comfortable leaving my ring. So glad I walked passed this spot. Lisa is so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful and the jeweler did an amazing job.

My boyfriend contacted Allen before our trip to New York (we are a French couple) to book an appointment without me knowing, to make me chose my engagement ring!
Allen provided great first tips to him and always answered very quickly.
When we came to the jewellery, Allen took time to give me some useful explanation, helped me identify the ring that I wanted, and selected the right one adapted to my wishes, at the right price.
When we came back to take the ring, Narine and her colleagues welcomed us as if we were family, and we ended up buying our wedding bands whereas we hadn't planned for it! We were leaving NYC 3 days later but the team did everything to make sure that the bands were ready by then, and it worked!

Despite not making an appointment in advance, we were welcomed and promptly serviced by Helen. We were shown many options while putting our budget into consideration and never felt pressured at any point. On the contrary, Helen was very patient with us, answering all our questions and concerns. Very positive experience!

Excellent service and everyone was so nice. I brought in a piece of jewelry that belonged to my grandmother. I was not looking to sell it I just wanted to know what the stone and setting were. The gemologist gave me all the information, free of charge and wouldn’t even take a tip from me. Wonderful people.

Bianca had helpful staff and a welcoming, wonderful atmosphere from the moment we walked in. My fiancé and I had been all over the diamond district looking for a wedding band for him, but he couldn't really find what he wanted. Bianca was our last stop, and Helen at Bianca went above and beyond to help us. There was no pressure at all and she was just wonderful. We thought we found what we wanted but we weren't sure, so we actually went back a second time, and Helen was as helpful as ever. We bought the ring, and they were able to customize the fit, and the ring came way earlier than expected- Helen even texted us that it was ready! She had the ring appraised the ring for us for free so that we could add it to our insurance policy with my engagement ring! Wonderful process from start to finish. What a lovely place! Highly recommended!

Flew to New York all the way from Cleveland, Ohio to shop for engagement rings for my girlfriend. I found Bianca on Google and figured I’d check it out. I am so glad I did! Everyone that works at Bianca is incredibly kind and helpful, and with their guidance I was able to purchase (what I think) is the perfect ring! I was a bit nervous to have the ring shipped back home to Cleveland, but Bianca took care of everything and guaranteed a safe delivery. The hope is to return to New York to buy our wedding bands from Bianca, this place is great!

Bianca’s is amazing! My fiancée and I both got our engagement rings there and are both so happy. Allen is truly amazing. He’s so knowledgeable and patient.
