I would give Bibbens a 10 out of 10 in every category. This is the 2nd machine I've bought from them. Jeff was very helpful when I brought in my 2022 Spyder to be worked on. He went above and beyond to assist me. I ended up trading in my machine for a 2023 and he was a pleasure to work with. I drove 3 1/2 hours to deal with this place instead of the 45 minutes to a local dealer and don’t regret it at all. Would defiantly recommend this place of business.
