Excellent service. And always friendly. When ever I go to the shop. I always feel like I got more than what I paid for.

One of the most nicest/ sweetest people who work there, very knowledgeable and helpful, bought my bike there, recommend them to anyone. Will go back for service on em. Parking is decent around the area.

I bought my house because it was the closest I could find one to Bicycle World. That may be a bit of hyperbole but I've been riding on roads, gravel and trails for over 50 years. I have been a customer for over 15 years and have purchased 8 bikes from them for myself. Simply put, they excel in every facet of their work. I don't use any other shop or on line source.

This store is a gem. They have a great selection of bikes in stock. Service was friendly and expedient. I look forward to going back. I only wish I lived closer.

It isn't often that one has to drive over two hours to buy a bicycle, but such was the case for me, as no shops within one hundred miles had any suitable inventory, currently, or for the foreseeable future. In expanding my internet search, I came upon Bicycle World in Mount Kisco, and expecting more disappointment, was actually surprised to see that they had, in stock, several high-quality brands in my size.

I phoned the store to confirm that they, indeed, had the bikes in stock, and after a reassuring conversation with Ben, in which he took the time to explain the various options and why a particular model was best for me, we reserved the bike and scheduled a time for a fitting.

I was greeted in the store by Ilene, one of the co-owners, who was extremely friendly and helpful. And even though I was thirty minutes early for my fitting, I wasn't made to wait.

Eric, Ilene's husband and co-owner, conducted the fitting, and honestly, it was the best bike fit I've ever had. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, not only about bikes, but about biomechanics as well. I'm a kinesiologist, so I can appreciate it when someone has a true understanding of human motion. More importantly, Eric was very thorough, gave me time to provide my own input, took his time in fine-tuning the bike to me, and didn't rush me as I needed time to get the feel for the setup and ask relevant questions.

In a time when internet purchases are in vogue, it's really refreshing to experience truly caring, personal and exceptional customer service, delivered by people who clearly love what they do.

Driving over two hours to Bicycle World in Mount Kisco was well worth the effort, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
