4 Tried to buy my daughter a red bearded dragon. Put in the order and received the price, including shipping. Then I get a text saying shipping is some $20 higher because I am a rural address. We actually live in the city. I called fedex and they said I am definitely not a rural address. So I told apple supply sales person that I am not rural and that I should be paying more than what was quoted. They said they would eat the additional charges. Then, they cancelled my order! When I asked them what was going on they said I would have to re-order! Guess what! The additional charges were added to the new order! When they say they will eat it they actually mean they will eat the original order so you have to reorder.
All I wanted was1 bearded dragon for my daughter. Maybe that was my mistake. I am not a big money customer.
The saleswoman treated my client super badly. I do not know why. My client would spend more than 12,000 dollars on material and decided not to buy anything because of the attitude of the seller.
