5Outstanding customer service! I had interactions with 3 different people at this store and each person was super nice! Wine selection needs a little bit work, but definitely my go-to place for hard liquor.
Worst experience ordering on DoorDash. I ordered a sangria and they called to say there was none in stock. After trying to sell me on other sangrias that I wasn’t interested in, I told the woman I would order elsewhere and I would cancel my order myself so I could use DoorDash credits. She proceeds to immediately cancel my order with a refund that will take days. How frustrating! Don’t people listen or believe in service anymore? I’ll never order from here again.
Note in response to the owner: I use DoorDash pretty much daily and they’ve NEVER canceled an order without the request. They certainly didn’t in this case. I was chatting with them at the same time so I know they didn’t.
Great experience - they went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered correctly. Will absolutely buy from here again.
Sketchy and overcharges depending on who rings you up- you get different quotes.
I've been charged 20-30% the mark up compared to other places 2 blocks over on same avenue. When asked to clarify the price the manager or whoever brushes me off. Now reading about how they wouldn't honor promos or refund for rotten wine from several reviewers from here & Yelp I'm even more disgusted. Confirms my suspicions of price gouging depending on who you get. BEWARE
There are tons of cheaper and CLEANER liquor store close by. I say "liquor store" because the wine selection is as sad and pitiful as the dirty dilapidated interior. Also store front photo is of another store on same block (edit- they changed the photo per recommendation)
Just please advertise the right price now that you’ve took a picture of the right place. Minimal business requirements. JUST AVOID
