Great place to donate for those whom need that little extra help to make it.

Great experiece with customer service over the phone. I was looking to donate some incontinence supplies today.
I was informed what BBBS does and does not accept (no open packages) I made arrangements for a pick-up, was told how to label and where to leave my donations.
I was also told that I will receive a reminder call prior to my pick-up date
