Big Lots, Riverhead NY

I always check big lots for things needed before heading to large stores like target or walmart.it makes for a quick in and out!

I love this store! The associates are all very helpful when you're in the store and if you call and need to find a specific item. The store is clean and a pleasure to shop in.

This is the worst big lots on long island its always a mess there is a short manager his name is vick or nick he is he rudest he should not have his position! There's multiple staff that are very nice everytime I come in although they are the only reason I still come to riverheads location they guy with the dreads I believe his name is shiane he always give me door to door service with anything i purchase he is always such a pleasure I know he said he is a manager but he needs to be the store manager, because the short dude clearly gets so over whelmed he is rude to staff and customers! Also a older woman on the night crew also very very nice I cant recall her name will be sure to get her name is leave her a good review specifically for her but other than her and the guy with the dreads worst store worst customer service ever this store should be shut down!

Big Lots has come a long way since they were bought by Brohill. They have a surprising selection and this particular one had a lot of good keto options!

I call and ask about Product and the manager Told me she had one left she told me she was putting my name on it I came the next day and it was the wrong thing They never had any left in stock so it was just a waste of a trip

I like the store the guy at the register fantastic prices of great they have a little bit of everything I will definitely go back

The store is good for getting things you might need a cheaper prices. I got hand towels at $4.00 each great price. But sometimes they are not fully stocked.

Spoke with manager Chris. I found 2 1liter decanters. I needed more. He looked up the nearest store called then and had them held for me to pickup next day. Always try this store for the odd ball stuff and main products. Never disappoints.

I love Big Lots! Awesome store, and awesome prices! I have gotten almost everything for my house here, with the exception of a few things. Camping equipment for us and pets, food, furniture, gardening decor, home decor, pets toys and food. Everything that You could imagine is here.not kidding.

Aside from the great deals and sales at Big Lots, the customer service at the Riverhead location is phenomenal! The manager, Brad, was so helpful to me. He made sure I had the best price available which between the sale pricing and my coupons put over $100 back in my pocket. Demetrius works in furniture and he is the man! Yvette (also in furniture) could not have been more pleasant. All three took time and care in assisting me and it was truly a breath of fresh air. I’ve always had good and positive experiences here, but these three really made a difference and exemplified real Customer Service. I hope their employer knows how fortunate they are to have such a caring and patient staff in Riverhead. Thank you so much. I would have given you 10 stars if that was an option!

This Big Lots is huge! There is plenty of space between the aisles and the products were well organized. I saw a few things I couldn't find in my local store. The lighting inside was bright and the cashire was very friendly. The prices were pretty good too.

I enjoy shopping here. There's a little bit of something for everyone. Very disappointed that I was denied a military discount when the weekly flyer had it advertised.

Great store, low prices, love that they have grape leaves and balsamic vinegar at very low prices. Have to check back on a regular basis as things tend to sell out fast.

Always try to shop here before doing online. Manager goes above and beyond because he wants too. Not just a job. Cashiers are great, remember customers and helpful and patient
