Love this place. However, not sure about customer service employees. Maybe she was having a bad day. I will still continue shopping here because I love there stuff.

Great place to find items for renovation - it's wonderful to have an affordable option for items in NYC. Friendly staff.
If I may humbly suggest a better donations process. Instead of making people take photos, please ask if they have the minimum amount of things for pickup.
I sent in pictures then was told I didn't have enough items. It would have just been better to know that upfront or be able to see that on the website. Thank you.

Great place to shop, Clean and organized. Rob, Fern, and staff are helpful and friendly.
