We just had a new roof (GAF shingles and system) gutters and siding done and are extremely pleased. We went with raja after getting 3 bids. His price was very fair and there were no surprises. Raja is very professional, honest and courteous. He has a crew of men that work diligently and do a great job. Raja is on site and available to answer questions. They arrived on time and completed the roof in one day. The siding and window capping took 2-3 days and looks great. We highly recommend big rose construction and waterproofing Roofing.

We had a leak spring in the ceiling of our Bed-Stuy brownstone, called Omar at big rose construction and he was able to come and assess the situation that very same day and within 3 days went back to the house with his crew to replace our gutter and repair some exterior walls cracks. The work was done quickly and professionally and we’re very satisfied with the experience start to finish!

My mom needed a roof replacement and I couldn't have chosen a better contractor for the job. Raja was on it from the first request for an estimate to the last bit of clean-up (and there was a lot!) Rose roofing and waterproofing is amazing. The owner raja is a stand up guy who takes a lot of pride in his company and the work they do. They came over, checked out what had to be done and got the price. I had them come back a few weeks later (even thought they had availability earlier) and they fixed and redid my roof. They cleaned up all the mess like they weren’t there that day and the work was done to perfection. As of now, no complaints about the roof, it looks brand new and clean. If you need a roofer look no further, you’re at the right place.

"Okay let me preface this with some background info. My roof hadn't been upgraded in over 35 years and we were battling leaks almost every rain storm. We knew we needed a new roof asap but the pricing we were getting from every roofing company was a little out of reach for us. So we were resolved to patch up the areas every now and again, and it would usually hold for a year or so, until we had to deal with more leaks and water damage. We were doing this for several years.
Then we met with raja and Rose roofing and waterproofing
He took a look and assessed the damage. We knew it wouldn't be pretty because we were patching for years and were fearful he was going to charge as high as all the other roof contractors.
He quoted us a price.
Every other company we called for estimates was almost double what raja quoted us.
And he wrote up a contract in which he clearly outlined the materials he would use, including replacement and repair of all areas of wood rot and water damage, then laying down a new roof.
His 18 guy crew were up there working non-stop all day long for almost a week. We could hear them hammering, and blowtorching all day long.
They finished the job.
Then came the test.
We had several days of unrelenting down pouring rain, pummeling our new roof.
Not a single drop entered the house.
Fantastic job at an amazing price.
It was just about half of what other companies wanted to charge, including a warranty guaranteeing his work.
I am incredibly impressed.

My family and I cannot say enough good things about raja and his crew at rose roofing. Our roof was unfinished from a previous roofer and we had all kinds of issues with it. It took us months to finally find the right person for the job and we were lucky to find him. From the very beginning he was honest, informative and punctual. Not only did he understand our vision but he also added some creative ideas, too. The precision and skill was clear from opening up our roof and reframing it, to installing skylights and shingles. It should also be noted that he always wore a mask around us or when entering our home, which adds comfort during an already stressful time. We highly recommend raja and will definitely use him for future projects!

Big Rose construction and waterproofing just replaced my roof with excellent job. Raja brought his big crew (10 workers) to get the work done just in one day. They’re very professional. We hired rose roofing to fix our leaks on our commercial building. They provided us we unbeatable service and warranty that other companies could not offer. They were very Professional and curtious company, answered all our questions before the job started and during the project. They did the job in 2 days which was 3x times faster then what we were quoted by other roofers. They come highly recommended by us and will be used again for our other properties.

126. Rose Roofing & waterproofing did an awesome job on my roof. Gave me the best price. Before they started I was shown all the materials that they would use.not just photos but the real materials. Raja the project Manger was outstanding. I received photos each day the project. His 12 person team was was also great and always at the end of the day all debris was removed and cleaned. "My ancient metal roof with concealed gutter rusted through in the gutter section and water was entering the wall. I called several places that Google put at the top of my search and they all quoted me almost double what raja at rose roofing quoted me and they all said it would take at least a week to get the materials. On a recommendation from a friend I called rose roofing, raja gave me an initial quote via satellite that was a third of what anyone else had quoted me and I was a little skeptical. But I called on Thursday and he said if I gave him the deposit on Friday the work would be done on Sunday. Friday before I was even able to make the deposit he had one of his guys come and look at my roof and they determined because of how rusted through most of the roof was and how thin it was that it should get an extra layer of insulation. It was about another 30% on top of what he had already quoted, but that was still only 60% of the next lowest quote. I was very skeptical now that they were going to be able to do this on Sunday since additional materials were required and I was honestly waiting for typical contractor excuses. Well, I did not get any excuses at all. I paid the deposit on Friday at almost 5pm and I'm writing this review after having dinner on Sunday and the job is done and it looks fantastic.

Tldr: Rose roofing charged me less money to do a job sooner and helped me avoid any further damage from rain to my house. "

I called raja to come out and give me estimate price on a new flat roof. He gave me 2 options that was reasonable. His work was neat and professional. Didn't leave no mess around. He even gave me a good price on my extended roof with a new gutter and skylight. I was satisfy with the work after it was completed. I even called him back 6 months later cause I had a bad leak in my daughters room down to the basement. He even came back out to check the problem, come to find out he advise me that my gutter was clogged and told me to remember to clean out your gutter 2 a year. In the beginning of the summer and the end of fall that way you wont have these future problems. He reinsure me that it was nothing on his part. I appreciate the time and effort he took out his time to come and check on my concerns. I would definitely call him in the future and recommended him to any friends or relatives that had a problem like mines or need services to their roof.

I found this Company on the web. Spoke with Omar, and he came out promptly and gave us a estimate and competitive price! His pricing was much better than other roofing Contractors that I spoke with in the area. Omar and his crew arrived promptly at 8 am and didn’t stop working until the old roof was stripped off and the new roof was installed! I would highly recommend rose roofing and w waterproofing to if you need their services.
