Had a problem with my bmx and they were able to fix it. Also very nice people and helpful. Prices are very cheap so if you need a tune up or something stop by here.

Excellent customer service! Last year I took a tumble on my old bike and was ready for new beginnings with a safer ride. Not only did the Bikelane team work together to answer all of my mountain biking questions, but they also helped me find a bike I felt safest on. I walked in looking for something with thicker wheels, comfortable seating, and good control. The team made sure the bike I picked fit me and my riding needs. They had me test out frame sizes and my helmet right in the shop. Same day, I went for my first bike ride in over a year. The ride was excellent and the bike I picked performed smoothly. Fantastic experience - great customer service, good prices, they did warranty work on it, called the manufacturer of my brakes and got it done, i just had to pay the labor which was very little

I bought my bike here and couldn't be happier with the choice they helped me make! They gave great advice on different bikes, of different prices. They didn't try to sell me an expensive bike. They showed me and explain bikes from all price ranges until I decided on my cannondale road bike!

Really awesome place! My bike was stolen a few days before the 2017 TD bike tour, and a friend lend me one the day before the tour. I was so panicked because the bike needed to be looked at, and BikeLane was able to inspect, change a tube and switch the seat to a more comfortable one, a few hours before closing. Thank you soooo much!
