Great Bikram yoga spot! Frank the owner very friendly and helpful getting me settled in before class. Been a few years since I’ve done bikram and this studio offers a 60 minute class which is the perfect amount of time. Still completed all 26 movements Mora was loud / clear / uptempo. Studio has showers / towel / mats/ plastic bags to use for your post session sweaty items. Def would recommend a session while hitting up some sun and beach time on Long Beach!

I received an email about my 10 package class expiring in 2 weeks, beginning of April, I purchased it in mid Jan. A week after, purchasing the 10 class package, I was told I need surgery on my lower back area. I called the owner to see if I could extend my package a couple weeks or something, wasn’t looking for a refund or anything crazy just some compensation since I couldn’t control having to get surgery. I wouldn’t be able to do yoga for about 2 months, which would only give me a week or so to finish 7 classes before they expire. The owner told me she cant do anything for me and maybe “I can catch it at the tail end of my recovery or gift it to someone”. Pretty pathetic she just wanted the classes to expire on me so I would have to purchase more. Sad, you try to support a local business but they act like big corporations and only care about money.
