I have been insured with State Farm through Bill Favaro for nearly 4 years and it has been amazing! As I always say a company is only as good as it’s representatives, Bill Favaro and his exemplary team at his agency are amongst the best I’ve and enumerable other persons also insured with State Farm all share my opinion. I have been with State Farm for over 25 years. I have never had a better insurance company. I use to be an insurance customer service rep.that dealt with a few different ins.co. I use to have Progressive till I owned a house at the time they did not have home owner insurance. So after a few attempts to get home owner insurance that didn't break the bank I tried State Farm. It was a great price and I have never looked backed. Moved up to Dutchess County and found Bill's office he took good care of us and moved all my info to his office from the Bronx. I have lived here for over 15 years and love these guys. Now I own my business and Danielle takes care of it. I have a great repour with her she is fast and a truly good person. I know if I need them they are there and the whole staff are accommodating and friendly. So if you want a good insurance company State Farm is the way to go. If you want impeccable customer service with friendly service and great rates. Bill Favaro - State Farm is where you want to be.
