Most delicious banana muffin ever! It taste home and delicious… you dont feel oily taste or too sweet taste! Incredible good

Food Looked great but service was non existent so I left after almost 5 minutes of having no one at front counter help me or even say hi

The only place to get a birthday cake hands down! Billy’s cakes are the only cakes I get for friend’s and family’s birthdays. Everyone loves their cakes perfection

I stopped in to purchase a last minute cake for a co-worker's birthday and was sold a frozen cake.unfortunately, I was never told it was frozen! Who in their right mind would sell you a frozen cake and not say anything? The poor guy couldn't even cut the thing! When I called to complain, I got some song and dance about how the store worker should have let me know. If I wanted a frozen cake, I would have gone to Carvel! Terrible custom service and attitude! I'll make sure to let everyone I know, not to frequent this joke of a bakery!

I recently ordered cupcakes from Billy’s for my sisters birthday. The cupcakes were extremely unaesthetic and overflowing with batter, see picture. I would have never ordered cupcakes as a gift having know they would have looked like this. I kindly contacted customer service to express my dismay and they were incredibly rude over email. They said “we sell food to eat” basically implying it was just an aesthetic issue. Completely inappropriate response to an issue that could’ve been smoothed other with a simple “sorry” - it’s too bad as we’ve enjoyed Billy’s over the years but obviously will have to rethink our business moving forward.

The cake-in-a-cup is a great way to enjoy a cupcake-sized portion of cake while walking around. Minimal mess and an optimal proportion of frosting and cake in each bite. I loved the carrot cake.

Got 6 different kinds of cupcakes and all dry but not the worst tasting cupcakes I’ve had and for that I would do 2 stars but I took off one more star cause the services was if it was an inconvenience

On their website the cake was advertised as $50 at the store is was $70, the cake quality was mediocre, it is very Betty Crocker, low quality ingredients, we got the chocolate with chocolate filling. Very oily cake not chocolaty at all, the frosting tastes like store bought oily and too sweet! The cake was sold frozen so by the time I took it home it was sweaty looking. No candles were included. I would do 0 stars if it was posible. Very bad cake and expensive!

I have been buying birthday cakes and celebration cupcakes here for my family for, atleast, the past 6 years. Unfortunately, I won't be again. I purchased 4 cupcakes with my toddler two days ago, and when we were leaving, I accidently dropped the cupcakes right outside the door while maneuvering our stroller. I went in to purchase the replacements, as it was obviously my fault I dropped them, with no polite effort or "oh don't worry about it" from the gentlemen at the counter. I still very well would have purchased another 4 cupcakes, as it was my mistake dropping them, and businesses need the money, but the lack of common courtesy, or a simple feigned polite attempt, left the worst taste in my mouth. For a family neighborhood place, I expected a kind sympathetic exchange. It's funny how one act of rudeness really ruins years of a great experience.

Extremely rude! Asked for a box to pack my daughters cupcake I purchased but he wouldn’t provide me one if I don’t buy two cupcakes. Then I had to give my daughter a smudged cupcake. Also it is very dry and crumbly. Frosting was thick and too sugary.

Had the most phenomenal cupcakes, moist bright and beautiful flavors: Nutella & banana / carrot cake with cream cheese
