Called ahead about getting a key for my car roof rack. Billy said come by and he would look at it. I came by about an hour later and he said it was a bad time. I asked when would be a good time and he said, "never. " Ok then.

I was really satisfied with the service provided. They found a solution to duplicate my motorcycle key, which was even cheaper that what I thought. Many thanks and I recommend it for sure!

I went to Billy's on thanksgiving day. I had lost my one and only car key and needed to have one made. They were very patient and honestly spent about 45 minutes trying to solve the problem without drilling into my ignition. And when they finally got it fixed they did not charge me a cent.
