Always fresh meats! We get their chicken often and the quality vs any grocery store bought chicken is second to none! Not to mention they deliver locally!

Spent some time with Steve and Christie as well as the lovely employee who was working that day. Beautiful place, immaculate food prep facility, too notch product. Check it out!

My experiences here have been wonderful. You get top quality meat and will feel the passion for culinary excellence. By far the best meat I have ever had. Turkey and chicken is amazing. Steaks are beyond words. I cannot help but go back. Thank you!

Aside from the beautiful landscaping and friendly staff, the food is incredible! I had a boneless rib-eye and the spicy italian sausages. Both were delicious. This place is worth the drive, even from Buffalo!

What a great experience dealing with Steven and Kristie at Binksberry Hollow.such a clean environment and beautiful store.the fresh chicken and sausages that we got from there were amazing and great tasting.we love the scenic drive out to their beautiful farm.we really appreciate the friendly atmosphere.can’t wait to go back! Went for the first time over the weekend. Picked up filet minion and some specialty sausages. Filet minion was the best I’ve ever had.highly recommend

As soon as I got word that Chef Steven and his family were making and selling farm raised sausage, and meat. I had to go. Great selection of sausage with some outstanding flavor. The Chef also gives advice of cooking too! After eating the dry aged strip steaks I knew I found my new place for meat.

Haven't tried their poultry and other products yet but we will! Their service, packaging, website are stellar. And they are so friendly on top of it all. We are lucky to have such a great farm and butcher!

I have known the Binks Family and now Binks Berry Hollow for some time and Chef Binks has outdone himself with this adventure. From, even two years ago showing me the Hog and Chicken enclosures and now the Butcher shop. Being there at the opening Sunday was pretty cool as we got a personal walk through of the new storefront and the finished redesign of the main building. Thanks Chef. Bought some Sausages and some other meats. Made some of the sausages already and everything was very good. I had them hot with a meal upon cooking, then just out of the fridge chilled the next morning. Great Place Chef Binks.
