BIRACS TLC is a great place to rent from. The owner is super responsible and cares for his renters. He makes it extremely easy to get on the road. He is also very detailed in making sure you know exactly what’s expected of you. What makes this place great for me is all cars need fixing due to usage but my car was fixed immediately. He was super understanding when it came to how much I had to pay that week because of the issue. He is really a people’s person. He works with you! I am truly grateful to be working with him.
