Such a weird attitude on the phone. Calling with a couple of simple questions and the lady is just plain rude for no reason whatsoever. I took up like 2 minutes of her time asking if she had something in stock that I wanted to purchase there. If you're having a bad day no need to take it out on customers.

Was taken care promptly and respectfully. I forgot the young mans name but he made sure that it was a pleasurable exchange. The only problem was I was quoted 75 but was ultimately pd 108. Wish all of the quoted price unfold labor.

This place is an absolute joke. I dropped off a weedwhacker 3 months ago and never once received a call from them saying it was fixable or not. I have left countless messages to no avail. If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not consider dropping anything off there for repair. Piss poor business

Bob, Sean and the rest of the crew are amazing. My mower did not want to turn on today so I stoped at Bizzy Bears in Modena to get a part I thought I needed. One of the owners was outside and came towards me to ask how he could help me. The gentleman was very polite and came and looked at my mower. He told me what the issue was and how to temporarily fix it. He also told me the parts I needed and that I could drop my mower off when ever was convenient for me. I highly recommend Bizzy Bears for any small engine repair. The guys are amazing.

Just ehhh.brought my snowblower in for repair to support the local guy.went to pick up after being told it was ready and it still didnt work right was told it was frozen due to being left outside and that they'd thaw it out and deliever to me that day.no delivery and no phone call to let me know it wasnt going to be delivered.come to find out it wasnt frozen it still needed work.my dad picked up when we were told it was really ready and when it got to me it STILL didnt work so had to bring back again.told the owner it was not working he said it worked for him but that does me no good so I left it again to be fixed to find out it was another problem that was misdiagnosed and it was indeed fixed on them which I appreciated.waited a few weeks and didnt call one time to bother anyone because I didnt want anything rushed i just wanted my machine to run the way it always did. I was thinking of calling just to check in only to find upon returning home from work that the machine was dropped off in my driveway with no phone call to even tell me it was finished and coming back to me.first thing I noticed was the machine was filthy compared to how I left it but in reality it was a machine so I'm not going to get too upset over that but it's an indication of being unorganized in my opinion.machine worked great that day in my driveway.fast forward to first snowfall since the repair this past weekend of only 4 inches (this machine could easily handle over a foot of snow with no effort in the past) and after a dozen or so passes it started sputtering and stalling I got it to start again but it kept sputtering I finally noticed sparks coming from muffler and the muffler glowing bright orange which never happened in the past and then of course the main problem of the drive auger not operating happens again and not only is the machine down again but now it's running worse than it ever did and than it did when I brought it in
Overall nice guys but after an unpleasant experience not sure if its them or my machine and I'm not willing to chance it again here so I'm just done
