Waited 1 hour to be told that our party of 9 had to be split up-even after telling them we wanted to sit together on our reservation. Then waited for another table to be cleared

Being a chain you know what your going to get, which is a great selection of food and drinks in a fun and great atmosphere. Happy hour is a good deal as well.
Update: Wings are phenomenal. Happy hour is great with half price pot stickers, sliders, and egg rolls. $5 house IPA's to top it off.

Did take out and found this piece of wood in my salad! So gross and then there was hair. This is awful and will never go back.

My experience at this establishment was not bad, but had its ups and downs. Starting with the good, our waitress was quite friendly and nice. I arrived a bit earlier than our reservation, and they had no problem seating us right away. Another plus was that they had my drink on tap (Angry Orchard). We started off with boneless wings which were not bad, I was more of a fan of the garlic parmesan flavor. For my main course, I ordered the smokehouse burger which came with brisket on top. The downside was that I ordered my burger medium, and it came out overcooked. It was not really juicy and kind of on the dry side. The saving grace here was the fact that the brisket tasted better than the burger itself which made the sandwich decent. Another con is the side of fries that the burger came with. I can not stress this enough, in general, places need to load up on the fries on the side since they are that much cheaper to make. In this case, I was not at all satisfied with the amount of fries I received on the side which had an impact on my experience. I am speaking on behalf of myself here, I noticed other people at the table had more fries on the side with their burgers. I guess I had the bad luck, but that little extra scoop could have made all the difference. If there were just a little more fries on the side, the review would have been 4 stars instead of 3. These little things go a long way, and please consider it given how cheap it is to make fries (I worked at restaurants before and know how it goes). Because there was just not enough, I was hungry and had to hop on everyone else's leftovers like an animal. It is great to enjoy your food, but the idea of eating is also not to be hungry anymore. Overall, the product was not bad, there was just not really enough of it. I would have liked the burger to be a bit more juicy, but really I wanted more fries. I would have said something at the table because it was that blatantly obvious, but I was with a group of people and did not want to start anything. I would come back under the condition that I am guaranteed a real side portion of fries that is equal to the other servings, not the little puddle I received on the side of my plate.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, I came with my family and left very disappointed, the food is not good the place is very cold they do not turn on the heating the service is good in short I do not recommend it

Love BJ's Brwqhouse. I always have a great experience there and the food is awesome and I truly enjoy coming there to eat. The GM manager Michel V is truly an awesome guy. He is very friendly and truly cares about his business. I thank Him and his staff Hector, Holland, TeeSha, Anthony. I come there for lunch or dinner and it is one of my favorite places. I do miss the Pumpkin Ale though truly my favorite beer in the month of October every year. I truly recommend this place 100%. Thanks Michel. Your awesome from me & Rocco.

What a great lunch we had! Wings were Buffalo approved and the pizzoli dessert was fantastic as well. The service here is always top notch and today was no different. Johnna was our server. She is just wonderful! Friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable about the menu and just a lot of fun!

Been here a couple of times on Friday evenings. Wonderful staff and food. They may be busy but they pull out all the stops to provide excellent service!

Food was good, bartender service was awful. Not particularly crowded and it took forever for her to take our orders and to serve our drinks. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for her to take the check when we were set to pay. I am empathetic to servers but tonight was not good

On this trip, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and hot. I eat here frequently, and the takeout sometimes is hit or miss, but the in store service has always been spot on.

Update: I received a prompt response from the manager who was kind and professional. He asked about the experience to get detail, apologized and provided reimbursement for the portion of the meal. The food in general has been satisfactory on other occasions. I'm happy with how it was handled. Rating 4 star
Original review - 3 stars because they are usually on point, open late, many options and mostly consistent for take out even if not the best bang for the buck. This may be a one off but I ordered the fish and chips to satisfy a craving I was having for and was quite disappointed. Not only was my side of mash potatoes missing (they were out of fries) but the fish was dry and overly breaded and tasted of old oil to the point one of my pieces was just an exterior shell of breading with no actual fish in it, not sure how that happened. I couldn't enjoy or even finish half my meal and have had much better fried fish and chips anywhere else I've ordered it. We ordered the chicago deep dish pizza a week prior and it was also not up to par, being a Chicago native, it did not even come close to what a deep dish pizza is, more like a pan pizza. It seems to be an unfortunate truth about big chains. Options, atmosphere, convenience is great but quality and flavor lacks when compared to privately owned places that rely on their food, recipes, ingredients and resulting customer satisfaction. Personally, I would hesitate ordering for myself from here again when an alternative is available but the late night convenience and influence may make me more willing.

Everything about this place is great.
Especially the food wasn't salty.
Nice to know you can eat without high blood pressure afterwards.
Definitely one of my top favorites.

We visit occasionally for dinner with the kids, and always enjoy it. Staff is usually very good and food is always good. I was having a small party of 16 people and wanted something different than the usual trays from a deli like chicken parm, heroes, baked ziti ect. I ordered catering from bjs and it was excellent. Well packaged, everything was included, portions were just as expected, food was very high quality. Everyone raves about the food and I would certainly do it again! A nice change of pace. Give it a try!

I have been to this place a couple of times for dinner over the past month and I just have to say how lovely of an experience it had been both times. The staff here are so kind, caring and provide fabulous customer service. I’ve had the pleasure of having both Kareem and Theo as my waiters, and they have both been extremely kind and friendly gentlemen. They were so accommodating, understanding and patient when myself and my boyfriend had questions about their menu and I greatly appreciated their honesty, candor, and just overall personalities. Before this month, I had only been here maybe 5x before in the last several years since it opened and I just have to say I am greatly impressed. I have not had such an enjoyable dining experience at many places before, and the service here makes all the difference.

The food is similar to any other corporate franchise, but I do happen to think it’s a bit higher quality and has tons of great options for plenty of different types of eaters to find the right thing. Truthfully this is definitely a place that will be part of my usual rotation, as the overall energy of the establishment is really nice and welcoming. I really would recommend coming here with friends, family, etc. I also love that it’s very accessible to those who use wheelchairs, walkers etc. The portions are also a great size, and the full rack of ribs on Thursday’s rib night is well worth the money when it’s literally a full forearms length!

This used to be a regular go-to for me and my friends and family but the service has gotten terrible. I ordered delivery last week only for half the order to be missing and being charged twice for the order. I called them to ask for a refund and was told I had to pick up the missing items the next day because they couldn’t refund me. If I could’ve gone to the restaurant I wouldn’t have ordered delivery to begin with! When I reached out to the manager I was told I would get a refund for both the missing items and the duplicate charge. It’s been a week so far with no refunds. I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone anymore.
