I was looking for a Ford explorer all over ozone Park and Brooklyn, most of the car was not good but this dealership had what I wanted and made feel like I cant imagine they let me into the car and check it out gave out a lot of info about and I was so happy and exhilarated to buy it for my dad.

They don’t wanna sell cars it seems. I was blown off like Julia Roberts in “Pretty woman”. The sad part is I liked two of their cars but they just didn’t want to attend me. No idea what was going on.

Made a phone call to ask about 3 cars and the guy who picked up the phone was extremely disrespectful. He was screaming at me and when I went to the lot, the cars I wanted to see weren't there. Don't waste your time!

Giving them one star is pushing it. They sold my sister a car with a bad engine and throttle and refused to give her her money back when confronted. Every time we call they hang up. I plan to contact our lawyer immediately.

My mother and I bought a lovely orange chevy for day to day use at a price we could afford. As it is my first car and a car for business, he helped guide us to the car for us. He helped us to get the tags, license plates, and registration and everything we needed to get on the road.

Great place but almost left here with a car and a prom date. The sales man Joey D on the test fldrive kept touching my hand an telling me how attractive i am. I had too laugh it off an advise him im not gay. It was a easy sale car is great will come back again. A+

Bait and switch is their game. I suggest everyone stays clear of this place. I called to make an appointment to see a car. They tell me 2 days later because of the holiday. On the day of the appointment they tell me they sold it the night before, wasnt it a holiday and the reason I couldn't see it? All lies, they couldnt keep straight. Fact: the car in question is still being advertised.

Hands down THE Best dealership ive been to ive had 2 cars prior to purchasing a car from Black Bull Autosales and none of them compared to the car i got from Black bull i purchased a 2004 Hyundai Santa fe and it was a beautiful car super clean with no problems, everyone was really honest and very helpful with whatever i needed and had me on the road in 2 days. I will definitely be going back for all my future cars!

CAR BUYERS BEWARE: Dont buy anything at this place they sell lemons=Damage Vehicles & dont tell you about it. Then hide behind the lemon law& leave you out in the cold to pay to repair it. Take your hard earned money to a respectable dealer.

Your classic used car salesman that just wants your money. I could tell the second I buy the car he will no longer care about me or any issues I would encounter with the purchased vehicle. Go to a more reputable dealer that has a better reputation. YOU HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE BUYING A CAR. THIS PLACE DID NOT GIVE ME THAT GOOD FEELING.

I visited this establishment &was pleased with the customer service. They had nice (LOOKING) vehicles. Turns out i bought a 2007 jeep that looked great cost $4500 after title tax registration. Took it home same day it drove funny took it to a mechanic less then 24hrs after purchasing & it has a bad transmission.
When I returned that morning, the nice Customer service was still there &They put it nicely that its my problem now, there only help was getting me a place to get a transmission put in which is costing $1000. So now it's costing me $5500 for a 2007 jeep with 188,000 miles that I can't drive till next week &hope the transmission holds up. If could give this place a NEGATIVE 100 billion I would. Do yourself a favor don't even consider this place no matter how nice the vehicle or price.
