I called and didn't leave a message. The next day I received a call from them asking if I needed their help with something. I appreciated the call back.

Called with an emergency. Although being booked solid, they were empathetic and graciously sent a crew the same day. I called a few other places before Black Cloud and nobody else really cared. The crew at black cloud listened and more importantly cared. Highly recommend these folks for their professionalism and care for their customers, in addition to providing highly knowledgeable service. Thank you again

I can see why Black Cloud was so highly recommended! Service was extremely quick & they communicate very well.
Apparently, there was a nearby hornet nest we didn't know about and one of the techs got stung a bunch of times. I wish I could give them 100 hundred stars just for him. The guys were so understanding and helpful.
They were able to completely clean our fireplace and chimney from the inside to avoid the hornets. And were able to give us advice, it really felt like they go the extra mile.
It's so refreshing to have such great & unproblematic service. I highly HIGHLY recommend using Black Cloud!

The crew arrived on time and was friendly. After the inspection was complete, they said they would discuss the necessary repairs with the boss and folow-up with an estimate. After two weeks I contacted them to inquire about estimate. It took them a few days longer to figure out who I was. When they called back they had an estimate for work I didn't request and no estimate for the repairs they indicated were necessary.

Had liner and repointing work done to our chimney a few months ago. Workers were able to answer any questions before, during, and after installation. They did great and efficient work. High quality workmanship and product. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of chimney work or sweeping.

Company is booked until christmas at a time when we people need jobs.very nice customer service operator, but seriously maybe its time you hire more people and expand your business.

First time using these guys. I have no clue about chimneys and maintenance. Rep on the phone was friendly and accommodating. Service techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. Made recommendations for repairs that make sense for our home. Will use Black Cloud again.

I can't speak for their work, but the customer service needs work. The initial call was great. Then, they stood me up on the day of service. When I finally received a return call, it was stated that I wasn't available the day before to confirm - I was in an area that my phone doesn't get service. However, I didn't cancel this appointment, and they should have either showed up, or called to check that morning. When they called the week before to see if I wanted an earlier appointment, I confirmed my appointment at that time.

Update to the response: the call to cancel was immediately after we hung up. I accepted to be polite, then realized that I did not want your services after having had a bad experience with another company. If you are going to require confirmation maybe you ought to let people know up front. I rearranged my schedule and waited. I'm sorry, but that was extremely unprofessional.

They didn't do either of the things the appointment was for, and did something that we weren't expecting.

They were asked to come and give an estimate for chimney repair and use a camera to inspect the inside of the chimney (Both were noted by them on their last inspection form). They took pictures of the chimney to sent to the boss and asked to see the basement. I let them in and they asked if I wanted a cleaning too, which I thought they needed to do for the camera inspection. I left them for 10 -15 minutes and came back and asked how the inspection was going and they said they were just doing a cleaning and didn't have the tools to do a video inspection and their boss told them the chimney work was more than they could do. I asked them to put everything back together and leave. They said that they would be charging most of the full price because they had done most of the work, so I let them finish. At least they didn't leave a mess.at the bottom of the bill was a note saying we needed a camera inspection.

Responsive and Professional. My first time using this service as i recently purchased a home. Called for a chimney cleaning which understandably took some time to get on the calendar as it's the busy season. Crew that came was professional and helpful and determined I needed a new liner. Same day quote and the team got to complete the job before the originally scheduled date. Will be a return customer for my future cleaning and chimney needs.
