DO NOT USE. I got a expensive comforter washed by them and it came back dirtier than when I sent it. There’s a yellow piss stain (smells) and black dirt spot on my off White comforter. I couldn’t even use without washing. I’m so disappointed $25 for a queen size comforter and it came back smelling like piss. Don’t just walk away from this place. Run

Blanca’s minority owned and family operated business has no reason to ever be categorized as your average cleaners.

She’s altered every single pant and suit of mine, as well as most of my coats (as I’ve lost weight over time (since I found her back in 2014 when I worked in the area and I have ZERO PLANS OF GOING ELSEWHERE, even though I live in East Bronx.

I travel to her specifically for her and her sons, Alex & Chris (who run the front desk), STELLAR customer service, exceptional pricing, quick turnaround and ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I’m actually in the process of looking for fabrics for her to make me a pair of custom pants - please visit her frequently, this is a vital local business to the neighborhood and without her we would pay an arm and leg for sub-par EVERYTHING.

Would not recommend - I used their laundry services for a few months while my building hasn’t had a working laundry room and have had a number of items lost or damaged. When I finally called after one delivery asking them to look for missing items from that bag I was told it wasn’t possible that they had lost my items and they never followed up.

Absolute joke of an establishment. Worst and rudest customer service imaginable. Scam artists.
