17The other day my sub was on point today I spent 24$ and they tell me bc they made my food wrong after we drove all the way there we have to drive back and bring the food I’m sorry but the sub isn’t even correct no garlic spread no cheese no peppers I asked for the onions and peppers to be sautéed and where does the tomato come in to this bc as I work in a pizzeria that is very well known that’s not how we treat our customers when mistakes are made
Food is good but do not order from this place absolutely horrible service and the food comes luke warm or cold as hell. Asked for a refund got told i had to come in which completely defeats the point of delivery. I understand if the weather is bad and got a ton of orders but thats no excuse for luke warm or cold food.

Ordered a large double pepperoni pizza it was awful it was so thick and doughy you could not even eat it, not sure what constitutes as extra pepperoni. For $26 I expected a little more. I guess I need to go back to Louisiana for some good pizza. Very Disappointed!
Well I stopped goin to blasdell pizza on Seneca about a year ago cause they constantly screwed up my orders, was out and about close by figure i give them a shot again only getting a ham sub! Heres my order exactly how i told girl over phone- ham sub both oil and mayo, let tom onions and banana peppers! Heres wat i got ham sub w mayo let and tomato! Plus I had to wait like 10 extra minutes cause they couldn’t break $100 bill! No more
Worst pizza I've ever had. Flimsy under cooked. Chuck e cheese is better. The sauce tasted very plain and cheap. Very overpriced as well.couldn't pay me to go back!
Well, not the best experience
ordered on the phone, said about 30 minutes for ordered to be ready.
As I got there to pick up my order, was about 10 customers waiting. Took the counter person 5-10 min to ask what my name was for order, then told me and 15-20 min wait for my order
Well I waited 40 minutes for my order,
and all they offered for compensation was a free 2 liter

I lived in Hamburg and Blasdell Pizza was the go to growing up.
But this location gives them a bad wrap!

When preparing steak subs it will be in good practice to toast the bread before making the sub.this practice actually helps the bread of the sub to stand firm w/ especially if the sub has to travel before it can be eaten since many times the steam from a hot prepared sub and or oils and or liquids and or miracle whip can make the bread soggy.not overly toasted either, well balanced.
Ordered subs and got extra ingredients which they charge a dollar each thing to not add them to my sub highly disappointed with my service
My chicken finger sub was burnt, the bread was burnt, the lettuce was old, and it was just put together with no love and care.
Ordered delivery chicken fingers and bread sticks. Did not receive the food for an hour and half. When we did get the food the bread sticks were hard and all the food was cold. The chicken fingers might have been Luke warm.
The special on a large pizza $18.95 on special days of the week but when you pick it up the price changes to $23.95 they said there is a $5.00 food taxs on the order. I have changed my pizza night to Pasquale's $18.95 pizza is still $18.95 when you pick it up. I have proof on this
This restaurant is amazing! I highly recommended this place if you love pizza! They have great customer services and there really friendly! There pizza was amazing and we will be coming back!
I called with a very simple order…a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The gentleman on the phone asked if I wanted a sub. I said no just a bacon cheeseburger and fries. He said ok so the sub. I said no a burger and fries. He says “so just to clarify you want a bacon cheeseburger sub”? After 1 min and 32 seconds of trying to explain I just literally wanted a burger and fries I grew frustrated and just said never mind. I live one street away so I started to just go there and order in person. But then I thought if this guy cant distinguish a sub from a burger, this may not be a good idea. If you notice its always empty. And this kind of service is why. Maybe a comprehension test or something of the sort would be appropriate. Theres no way I would own a business and not make sure my employees were on top of things. I never leave reviews but I don’t care how close or convenient it is, I’d rather lick Seneca Street before having such a difficult conversation again. I called another place on Seneca right after and the young lady understood just fine.
Always good. I am sad to see pizza and wing prices getting as high as they are, but they are consistent across the board.
First of all this restaurant is the most dirtiest restaurant in all of WNY. As soon as you walk in you can feel the grease underneath your shoes. Has the owner ever heard of degreaser? Or how about soap? You put it in a bucket of water before you mop. Omg, it’s so beyond gross you can even feel the coating of grease on the tables. Please don’t use the restroom for you will definitely lose your appetite. There was urine all over the floor and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I could just imagine what condition the back of the house is in. The walk-in coolers I’m sure are as nasty as the rest of the building is. It’s amazing how the Health Department hasn’t shut the place down for its downright disgusting!
With all that being said the quality of food and the wait for it today was ridiculous. I brought my 8 year old son in for dinner. We ordered at 5: 30 pm. Two mini steak subs with some French fries. We received our food at 6pm. That’s a long time to wait especially with a hungry child. Fries were over cooked and cold. The mini subs were also cold and we’re poorly made (barely any meat on them) ? What a joke! They charged me $30.45!
I was furious. I went to the counter and asked for a refund. The “manager” gave me the refund and apologized with a smirk on her face. I asked her why is she smiling? She replied I wasn’t smiling when she actually was. Just horrible customer service. Horrible.
It’s just a shame that they don’t seem to care. Well I am one who has never written a bad review in my life but with what happened today I was compelled to do so.
If you are the owner reading this you should take it seriously and really buy some degreaser and properly clean the place. Your prices are outrageous especially when the quality isn’t there and your customer service skills needs major improvement! You won’t ever see me in there again!
