I don't normally write reviews, but I will for Blaze Rite Chimney Services. I spoke with Vicky in the office, who was great. She set up our appointment for this year, and set us up for a reminder in September next year. Josh was the tech that cleaned and inspected our system, he was great as well. Josh had a positive attitude, a very personal demeaner, he had all the answers to my questions, and answered them with extreme detail. I would recommend this company for any of your fireplace needs.

I would highly recommend Blaze rite Chimney services. Their customer service, professionalism, and most importantly care for their clients sets them apart from any other company. After having scheduled two other appointments with another company to be stood up, and then calling another Syracuse company to be told I lived too far away (port byron), Blaze Rite went above and beyond to schedule me and service my chimney. After performing the service and finding my chimney was in need of repair Blaze Rite and Robert again went above and beyond by not only rushing my job so my house wouldn't be freezing, but also working with me discussing quote options, as my job was going to be quite costly. Robert worked with me to discuss optimal options that would greatly save on cost, and then he blessed me and my son by performing the service free of charge during the holiday season, when my family was going through a very hard time. I will say that Blaze Rite was Heaven sent to me, and there was a reason the other companies didn't work out because Robert and Blaze Rite is a company filled with compassionate understanding human beings. Something this world could use more of. I am very grateful for Robert and his team, their thorough analysis, their ability to work with their clients, their understanding, and their clarity of the issue at hand, and then the follow up to ensure the chimney is working properly. Also with a future follow up to make sure the chimney is still functioning as it should into the season. I am just so very grateful and blessed to have found Blaze Rite.

After calling multiple companies for a chimney inspection and cleaning on an older freestanding wood stove and not getting service Blaze Rite came through. They were very thorough with their service. They put mine and my wife's minds at ease being able to use a wood stove on a house we bought over the summer. The techs called and said they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier. They were very kind, polite and informative on proper use. We are over-the-moon about the fantastic job that Blaze Rite did on our chimney project. Christian is someone who obviously takes great pride in his work, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Also, Zach and Josh were both great when they came over to do the sweep inspection and provide the estimate for our chimney project. I had a leak in my chimney and called Blaze Rite. Kyle and Christian came the very next day and sealed the chimney flashing and sprayed a water repellent over the entire chimney. They were very thorough in their assessment of the problem and were very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend Blaze Rite.

I called and left a message, this was after a winter storm and they never called me back! I can't give a rating because no work was done.

I had an emergency and they were able to help me right away. Zach and Chris were very professional and courteous and went out of their way to solve the issue. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them in the future.

I contacted Blaze Rite because we moved to a home with two fireplaces, one above the other. It was reported that the seller never used the fireplaces so we wanted to make sure they were safe to use. The team showed up and as one took care of the inspection inside, the other was on the roof checking other things. They were professional, considerate of our home, and very informative. They let us know that there had previously been a fire in the chimney and that starting another fire could produce the same results! That was valuable information. The team told us how to proceed. I highly recommend Blaze Rite for your chimney/fireplace needs!

Extremely impressive operation. I dealt with 2 crews so far; both arrived on time, knew their profession very well, and were very highly skilled.
I expect to use Blaze Rite for all related work going forward. I do not know how their prices compare but with wood stoves I'm only interested in quality and safety so there's no reason for me look elsewhere.

The workers were super friendly and respectful of our home. They laid down more than ample drop cloths and wore footies.

We had our chimney swept and inspected. The bill was reasonable and the work was good (see note below). They found some issues that we'll need to address which we'll do shortly. They used a HD camera snake to inspect it and I could watch it in real time. I thought that was pretty cool. They explained everything clearly.

In doing the work, they needed to remove the cable holding the damper. They replaced it afterwards and it now doesn't close which it did before. I've got our furnace heat shooting out the chimney at the moment ($$$).

We called them about a week after when we discovered it and they said they would have someone call to come out and fix it. That was over a week ago and we haven't gotten a call back.

I'll absolutely update this if they do fix the issue. If I have to call a different place to do it and then also pay them, I'll also update this.

They do good work but follow-up is well.

Zac not only was early but called to make sure it was ok. Was very professional and polite. Advised us on items to watch for, explained all the images from the camera inspection and gave us the peace of mind knowing our fireplace was safe for winter use and power outages (a big concern for this mama). We hope to have a long term relationship with Blaze Rite. Thank you!
