Blend Labs is fantastic. When your pet is first prescribed new medication they phone you and explain all about the drug (s) and going forward always text you when your pet’s prescription is becoming due for refill. That way one never runs out of medication.
Prices are also very competitive.

I’ve been getting my cat’s heart medicine filled by Blend Labs for 2 years now. They’ve been amazing. I love how they text me and ask me if I’m ready for my prescriptions to be refilled so it’s one less thing I have to keep track of. It’s also an actual person texting me so if I have a question, they will answer me in a text response. I can also call if I want, but I never need to. Top notch experience.

I have been using Blend Labs since December when my Siamese, Miko, suddenly went into serious heart failure. I took her to Guardian Veterinary Specialists Emergency Hospital where she stayed for nearly 3 days. (In my experience, this is a wonderful place. Miko was dying and they saved her life.) Their Cardiologist, Dr. Jonathan Goodwin (absolutely A-1+ top notch doctor) submitted 3 scripts for Miko to Blend Labs. I was impressed from the moment of first contact! The pharmacist, with whom I spoke, reviewed each med Miko would be taking, letting me know what it was for, the form it would take, and what I could expect. Since then, they have reliably sent auto refills on time, usually overnight. And, their meds have worked very well! Symptoms of Miko’s heart failure have resolved and she is back to her healthy, active self. Just today, something happened that blew me away and prompted me to write this review. Without going into details, suffice it to say that they went far beyond anything I would ever have expected in customer service! My belief that a company would ever actually care about a customer, especially at its own expense, was pretty jaded. However, the folks at Blend Labs and their extremely caring and kind thoughtfulness clearly demonstrated the very best a company can offer… good products and amazing customer service! If you have a need for compounded medications, please consider asking your vet to send scripts to Blend Labs. I am convinced that you will choosing the very best.

My dog's prescription includes three different drugs combined in one pill. Before the first prescription was sent, a pharmacist called to explain each of the drugs. Everyone I ever talked to at Blend Labs has been friendly and helpful. They are very responsive to text messages. I highly recommend Blend Labs Rx.
