Bling Nail, Bronx NY

I came to this salon 08/07/2020 for an Arcrylic wrap on my natural nails. Before I sat down I asked Nancy who had just did my feet and did a pretty good job, if she could wrap my nails she said “we do anything you want, pick a color” so I picked a lime neon green and sat down to start my nails. Nancy ushered me to a gentleman who was older wearing a low hat and glasses (I didn’t catch his name but he sat in the back at the last table on the left and he also does pedicures BEWARE). He proceeded to start my nails and I should’ve known from then we were off to a bad start. He started packing on so much acrylic (mind you I was wrapping my own nails) that it appeared as if I had thick curved fungal 3D nails. First he packed on the neon green and then on top of that he packed on clear Arcrylic It baffled me but I figure let me give him a chance maybe there’s a method to his madness. After filing, buffing, and more filing and buffing it appeared as if he was just about done but my nails still looked horrible! They were so thick and uneven, so I said to him that there’s no way he could be done and he said something in Chinese to Nancy and she assured me he would fix it. They should never let a customer leave not only unhappy but with their hands looking the way mine did. I STRONGLY CAUTION THAT NO ONE GOES TO THIS SALON. It is a waste of MONEY and TIME! THIS IS THE RIGHT SALON, THE SALON THAT LOOKS LIKE A HOLE IN THE WALL THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. HOW DARE YOU PUSH OFF YOUR BUSINESSES LACK OF AND DISGUST TO ANOTHER BECAUSE THEY HAVE A NAME SIMILAR LIKE CUSTOMERS ARE STUPID AND DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE TALKING ABOUT? !? YOU “THE OWNER” WEREN’T EVEN WEARING A MASK WHEN YOU CAME IN YOUR STORE AND WHEN I ADDRESSED YOU ABOUT MY NAILS YOU HADN’T PUT 1 ON AND YOU WERE ALREADY IN THE STORE AROUND CUSTOMERS FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. NOW IM WRITING TO the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I WILL ALSO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO 311! HOPEFULLY THAT SHUTS YOU DOWN FOR GOOD!

My experience is always the same each and everytime I go there. If you want your nails to be blinged out and have a good time, bling bling nails is where you need to be.

Terrible. How is this place still around? Worse experience every and “bling” that place looks run down. The name needs to change. Disgrace.

This morning I had the most disappointed time with the results in my nails. Willy has changed a lot with his quality of work. Not to mention he doesn’t t like it if u notice any details in your own nails after he applies acrylic. Quick to tell u off and will not listen to the customers. I cried, told him off and still with integrity paid him. NEVER WILL I DO MY Nails again I felt so used.

This place is horrible. They are ghetto and their service is terrible. I got my nails done and had to go back the next day to get them fixed and still left a mess!

Their quality of work has gone down over the past few years. But it's still a decent place to get your nails done. Just do not expect them to be versatile!

Good service until they wish to charge absurd prices for nail bling. I stated no worries, I'll go elsewhere where its 5 per nail not 15. This woman then states, she'll do it. Then believes she would use two different sizes as she didn't want to use all her gems.

Nail tech by the name of Ryan is very disrespectful and rough handed. As he did my nails I was cut twice and was told he doesn't care. Very disappointed in this salon especially when I'm paying 50 dollars for service.

Not very professional or careful with your nails. I have soft cuticles and I'm very disappointed with their service. This Cambodian lady nearly took off my nail when she was removing the acrylics with a metrocard!
I still can't believe I paid to get hurt. After she said we'll see you next time. I should have went off saying I'm never coming back here again.

Horrible service. Willie and the owner are very disrespectful. Willie cut my little sister and blood was leaking from her fingerS. Very unprofessional!

I don't like stranger with people gossip in mouth shut. That is my business. They are not my friends no way.
