Their air conditioner during summer months is AMAZING! Plenty of equipment, not a lot of people so early in the morning so social distancing is not a problem.
There is always someone from staff disinfecting the machines

ALL TREADMILLS. SUPER CROWDED ALL THE TIME, you cant do any exercises that are actually weight-related unless you want to run in which case you might as well just run outside, it's even nicer since while you're running outside your surroundings will change outside nicely since ur in new york and it's pretty. NOT ONLY THAT BUT YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO CANCEL. WHEN THE SERVICE IS MONTHLY. So Basically at any time you cancel, you will have to pay for an extra month, and pray you cancelled before your second month or they charge you 55$ extra. For a crowded gym no less. Absolutely Vile. They don't even tell you you have to cancel 45 days in advance when you first sign up.

The manager and staff made me feel welcome. It was my first visit. They made me feel welcome like family n helpful

Affordably priced and great cleaning protocols, including the gym providing unlimited antibacterial wipes for equipment cleaning. Satisfied!

The customer service could be better but all the gym equipment is good for a person like me. I’m not a gym rat but I do like to work out and keep healthy.

The scale in the women’s locker room isn’t accurate. Had me thinking I gained 10 pounds overnight hah. Very crowded but it’s what you should expect from a gym where the most expensive membership is under $30. Oh yea, the handsome chocolate men that frequent there is an added plus.

I initially left a pretty scathing review, but reached out to the team directly and got help with my cancellation issue and have revised it.

The gym is great overall, but I still take issue with the cancellation policies (see other reviews).

Do not join this gym. My husband cancelled his membership well over a year ago. He has a screen shot of the cancellation. Blink refuses to cancel the membership and has been charging him for over a year. Each month he contests it with MasterCard and our account is refunded but we have to go through this every month. Customer service simply doesn't answer the phone. This company has over 500 complaints at the BBB. Do not join this gym - you cannot cancel.

They lack a sauna so not really good for people who want to loose weight but its generally good after 9

I've been to several different Blink locations and this one is the only one I have complaints about. The weights are never stacked back, the cleaning wipes are always empty, and the changing rooms aren't clean. I live closest to this one, but I prefer to go to the Penn Plaza location or the Bryant Park location.

I have worked out here for more than two years now. People are friendly and they mind their own business but the gym gets really crowded in the evenings and especially on Mondays!

It's a gym with a lot of diversity!

It’s a small gym. Everything time I’ve gone it has been a very good experience. The gym is really never busy and I’ve been at all times of the day. It’s mostly good for few weights and machines. Not too much personal training going on. There are lots of treadmills and elliptical machines at this location. The have a towel service and locker rooms. They also sell clothing drinks and protein bars. The staff is always help.

Has everything I need personally. I always get to do the things I want to do, I hardly ever have to wait for equipment. Locker room is clean, and there’s a towel service machine now.

Great place to workout but staff and manager sucks. Cancelled my membership, they remember me cancelling my membership but can't find the paperwork so they continue to charge me and want me to pay.

Clean and cheap. Peak hours get ridiculously crowed. The staff NEVER teach newcomers about proper etiquette. That gets annoying at times.

Clean gym with all new equipment. Pretty clean. Price is great. $15 per month for a one location Blink Membership is a steal

Im so disappointed of this gym! Bad customers service. They make it so hard to cancel ur membership. I cancelled my membership and they kept charging me. I went to them severl times and they didn’t help beside telling me we will give u call and didn’t receive any call.
