I have never rated any establishment a 1 star but the customer service I received from someone claiming to represent blink as a club manager was totally disrespectful and sad.

This person really is in need of some customer relations training and professional development big time. I have never witnessed a store manager wrongfully trying to blame other parent establishments when their establishment is the problem.

I was charged for a second blink membership which I didnt setup, never entered the facility to get any membership tag or picture taken. Instead of using common sense and acknowledging these very logical view points, she became very ignorant, and unprofessional by attempting to merge the information in the computer between the two memberships. When I question her about the issue of my card being charged in her store, she only got angry and began lying on another store, which I respect which caused me to dismissed her nonsense, I will never allow someone as substandard as her to try and point her blame on.

Moreover, to make matters worst, she spoke bad about me to a in coming customer just to show how ghetto, unprofessional, and weak minded she really is. Well genuis, I am proud Dominican/Haitian male who speak quite a few languages, but was professional enough not to reply to your ghetto minded mentality.

But I have to say thank you so much for showing how ignorant your are, and being a sorry excuse for a woman. A real woman would have said her true words and never would displayed any cowardness by attempting to talk about someone in a second language behind their back.

This is one of the better locations in the Bronx. It’s really close to transit and it has a good amount of space. It doesn’t get too hot or too cold. It’s a great gym and I hope that they return and there in the near future. It doesn’t get too busy but it has its days and moments.

I want so badly to rate it much lower but I know these things happen. Thing is, theres no communication. I've not gotten one email, I've stayed up to date on finding out when it MIGHT open by calling, going to the office and checking the website. It's such an inconvenience to have signed up late April early May and it to still not be open.

Lol this is a joke. I signed up since April thinking this place would open by May. It is now August and the membership office staff are clueless as to when it will open. Very bad look even before opening. They need to grant those that purchased memberships additional benefits for waiting over 2 months extra under the impression they would be able to use their membership. I personally purchased the "green" membership thinking I could use it at other locations in the meantime but app says I have to wait till Bedford Park location opens. The contruction looks like it is being completed very slow with no desire for it to be done in a timely manner. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not opened yet and already negative reviews. Hope rating goes up once its active. I signed up hoping to join in august. I just called and they say they will open in the end of this month. So lets be patient and positive. Better late than never

Horrible. They need to remove the hours if they’re not even open yet. Been waiting since April.

They keep pushing back the opening date of the gym. This is ridiculous! If you dont know when you will be opening, don't give any time frame.

It is so unprofessional to keep stringing everyone along, every month, suppose to open 5/1 than June, than July, than August so far no email. Not to mention when i signed up it said my first payment would be Jan 2020 and the yearly fee June 2020, now being told oh no that was just because they didn’t know when they were opening, Huh? You clearly stated back than 5/1. First it was the permit now they are saying the electricity, SMDH!
At least allow people who have the membership for more than one club to use at another location. Not liking BLINK at all. Obviously they do NOT know what they are doing!

People are so impatient, delays happen it's not their fault, doesn't mean the gym it self is bad for people to be giving it a bad review already.

It isn't a negative or positive review. I just wish It would have stated on the site that if you sign up at this location, your membership wont be activated until this location opens up. I purchased the green membership thinking I could go to another Blink Fitness location while this location is still in the process of being put together. After I made my purchase i was sent an email saying that my membership will be activated when blink bedford park location opens up in LATE may. I went to a blink to see if I could start using the facility being that I had email confirmation of my purchase and was told that I would either have to wait until Blink Bedford park opens for business or cancel current membership, pay $60 buyout fee and sign up with them under a new contract. They did let me use the equipment being that I was there already, so that was pretty cool of them. Had I known this I would've signed up at another Blink Fitness. I was so pumped to start going to the gym which would have been May 2nd. Now I have to wait till the end of May ‍️. It's an inconvenience.

For those who signed up with this location, has your credit card been charged?

I wish it will open already i been waiting for months going to Gun hill is just to much specially sense i live a block from the Bedford park location

Been waiting for this gym to open since April! They keep changing the opening date and it's highly annoying seeing the membership office still advertising to join for that location and they dont even have an estimate anymore on when its suppose to open. The opening date changed about 3x and now the workers just say they dont know when its opening. This ruined alot of plans that were made for alot of ppl who wanted to join or get right before the summer. Itll be nice if the workers gave a TRUE opening date estimation or just let us know this year it wont be opening, and close that damn membership office until it does.
