The treadmills are pristine. Well maintained and abundant. Adding the additional squat racks was genius, although a few machines I frequently used were sacrificed. Great atmosphere, good staff and convenient location.

I’m very surprised, mostly the people are giving 4 or 5 stars, really?
You can come here 5am, 1pm, 3pm it’s always busy, u have to fight for the equipments, also so many are broken, they don’t have to much and what they have it’s broken. It’s been 1 week I’m here and I can’t finish one workout, cuz really it’s impossible. But the staff are so cool.

This gym is a joke.
They let people in before the gym even opens at 5am.
Either open it for everyone earlier or stop it.
Ridiculous. This has been going on for months.
Bathrooms are never clean.
Paper towel is always out.
Spray bottles too.
Thank god for 116th being so close to go there.

The staff is great. I hope they will expand by using the party city location. There's also some machines that are out of service at times

Wouldn’t come to this location if there was anything more convenient for me. It’s alright but good luck getting the equipment you want. It’s far too busy. Always.

No complaints really.wish they had a few more equipment pieces but overall great gym.never OVER crowded.always the right amount of ppl…everyone is respectful…place is clean.thank u to rhe one guy who sweeps under ya feet while ur doing sets hes a good dude tho…gym is great staff os great…cool place

The staff are very nice and it's bigger than the one in my neighborhood in Washington Heights. Usually enough space and equipment for everyone to use and maybe one or two pieces of equipment need to be repaired. My only gripe about this location and Washington Heights is that the urinals in the men's room need to be cleaned more frequently. Dried urine caked up on the insides of the standing urinals for days, perhaps weeks on end-a massive pet peeve of mine.

Broken exercise equipments, lack of sanitizing wipes.staff are friendly and courteous.great service

They ran out of paper towels to clean exercise equipment and resorted to using regular towels. This is both unsanitary and a health hazard due to cross-contamination. Has covid taught the establishment nothing? I don't pay both a monthly and annual maintenance fee for supplies to run out. I previously suggested they go back to wet wipes, but my request was ignored. Clearly, covid taught us nothing.

Why are they flicking the lights on and off 45 min before close? The same thing yesterday and 15 min before close they shut off all the lights. Get this sorted out

Not the best location and the majority of the staff isn’t helpful. No one is ever around the front desk. You literally have to track them down to speak to someone. No one is trained on the cancellation policy everyone says something different and apparently nothing can be done unless a specific manager is around.

There's always people filming themselves or each other, tripods and all, and the staff do nothing g about it. It's so intrusive and uncomfortable

I purchased a pre-workout drink before the start of my work out and it seems like the worker was new. He had me redo the order multiple times, and I was charged twice even after I asked him to confirm that I wasn’t. Gym was OK otherwise, but that experience was a turn off, especially when they’re drinks are already priced higher than the store.

Just a reminder for those who don’t read the agreements: there is a ~$60 annual fee and ~$50 cancellation fee for all members. Which is insane and I consider such hidden charges as SCAM.

Blink Fitness in is an excellent fitness center that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

This specific branch of Blink is poorly maintained. The soap dispensers haven't been filled for a week, the urinal hasn't worked for a month, and some of the machines are permanently damaged. They just put the sticker saying that it would be repaired. Pathetic!

Nice place. Weighted machines are limited, beware when there are too many people, you might have to wait when changing between the machines.

I just asked the person in the front desk for resistance loop bands, they always have it and there was no one in the floor using it, the employee was too lazy to check and just said they don’t have it, it’s annoying when you ask for things and the employees don’t even bother checking for you.
