Great gym! Has most of the equipment you need. They’re always clean and the staff is quite nice. Billy is such a ball of light!

Only concern is that it gets very crowded, sometimes even on non-peak days. But that’s not something they can easily fix, and the other gyms are either nasty or too far.

Great gym overall!

Cleanliness could be a lot better. Soap often not in the Women’s restrooms and the hand dryers don’t work despite constant asks to fix, plus there are no towels in the restrooms. Recommend to being your own towels and not use their restrooms.

I liked it first time going there was today. Friendly Staff Sufficient Weights Different Machines. The only Negative it's a bit small. But overall it's good

-2 STARS - Don't tell me I have to get my temperature checked on my forehead with an INFRARED thermometer. You don't understand science. I can get measure on my wrist.

Probably need to open more locations for locals. Mixed crowd of Native NYers.

-The young female front desk worker seemed distracted with her male coworker.

Clean and good-looking but way too small and way too packed. You have to wait 15 minutes to get am elliptical!

Nice, clean, facility, Employee's are very friendly as well.but does get very busy at times. 3 squat racks and 3 benches sometimes you have to wait, but people are usually pretty good with letting you work in. Wish there were a few more squat racks and less cardio. Peak hours are like anywhere from 5: 30-9PM M-Th. Weekends aren't anywhere near as bad but they close at like 7PM. Overall, pretty good.

I was a bit amazed how I was approached at the desk. The staff seems very into their company and very professional. The gym is pretty small with more cardio equipment than equipment for lifting weights. This would be a great gym for people with a heavy cardio/light weight workout. If youre into lifting i would definitely avoid this gym. You wont be too pleased with the wait times.

A decent gym for the price, but there isn’t enough equipment/space for lifting weights, so expect to be waiting around if you want to do anything but cardio. Also be aware that there is an annual $50 maintenance fee, which was significant for me as I chose this gym because of the low price they advertise.

Great gym with awesome equipment. Been going to planet fitness for a while because of the hours and hate it because they don't have a squat rack or a bench press. But this place does! Pretty clean and friendly staff

Love it - plenty of different equipment - nice friendly staff, clean locker room. Gets busy in the afternoon and at night tho so it's harder to find the equipment you want

This place is god awful. Clean, sure. If you’re serious about spending time lifting in the gym, go elsewhere. 4 barbells for deadlifting/squatting between 2 floors and they’re always taken. Barbell lifts are mostly out of the question. There aren’t nearly enough benches. I’ve been at almost every hour of the day to test it out - go early or go really late. Even at 2PM the place doesn’t have enough resources for everyone there.

Good gym. Personal trainers cost extra but still a nice gym. Planet fitness includes trainers in the price of your membership

Very nice gym but the green membership doesn't come with a trainer, at that price you can join Planet Fitness and get a trainer. But still a nice club

This is a nice enough gym, clean and friendly. It has gotten very crowded which makes for a less pleasant experience. Some of the equipment is starting to show wear as well. It is cheap, though!

Horrible company. They trap you into a membership that makes it near impossible to cancel. I have been trying to cancel this membership for 5 months now!

The gym is clean but the staff never told me when I was signing in with blink after 3months i have to pay $60.00 this is so extra of blink and then they don’t allow me to get into the gym because I haven’t pay a fee that I don’t even know about.they have to be clear at the moment of sign a person in! Is not just to gain customer is to have a good customer.also. I would like to pay the fee but I never came to the gym with my bank card! That’s extra!

Clean fun workouts mixed with heavy weights and cool innovated staff (for real their always super happy)

Horrible service. I do not recommend anyone signing up for this gym. The cashiers were disrespectful and did not give me all my change when i bought something.

Gym is good, but whoever is in control of music playlist has a terrible taste, like if you like so much spanish love songs, listen in your headphones, not for the whole gym, put some energetic music for training, neutral one. All day only spanish love songs.
