If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! I was in NYC for my son's wedding, and I was nervous about doing my hair myself. My daughter-in-law tried them out for a blow out, was satisfied, and I felt confident in going there.
From start to finish they were professional and very kind. It was 11: 00 am and I was worried about my hair holding for the 4: 30 pictures, the 5: 00 wedding, and the reception following. They gave me the option of coming back at 2: 00, dressed and made up, so that my hair would be all set. I didn't really like that idea, so they devised a way to keep my very fine, somewhat curly aging hair in place. Two women (I'm sorry that I don't remember their names) spent loads of time on me and really seemed to care, and when it was finished, it was gorgeous! Although it was a very windy day and we took pictures outside, my hair stayed in place all day and well into the evening. I got more compliments on my hair than I did on my dress, and I only wish that this salon was closer to my home.
I am truly grateful to these hard working women who know their craft and care about their clients. Kudos!

I am disappointed with blo dry bar. The service was quick however, the stylist (Tremel) did whatever HE wanted to do with my hair. I specifically said I wanted pinpoint straight hair with less volume (i have thick, puffy, long, wavy hair). Instead, he gave the hair curls (which i did not ask for). I also got the dream-coat treatment (do not get it - it doesn't make a difference). I stated I really didn't want the curls and I wanted them straightened out, but all that product the stylist put in my hair made it VERY difficult to re-straighten out my hair.

So all I ended up with was very limp frizzy curls that went through multiple straightening attempts. Overall, my hair looked exactly the same when I came in (except I left with a lot more product in my hair). The stylist was also using a very thin straightener, which kept getting caught on my hair, pulling at strands the whole time. The dream-coat treatment did not get rid of the frizz and my hair was still very puffy at the crown of my head.

Save your money, go elsewhere, where the stylists listen to you and work with your hair. Or just use some Olaplex and blow dry your hair at home, and save a trip to this place.

I decided, at the last minute, that I wanted a blowout. I was able to book an appointment and it was very easy through their online booking. I love the blowout I got and will not hesitate to return. Ally did a great job! Everyone was very nice and the space was clean and professional.

I had the best experience with Leni. I have long hair and get my hair blown out a lot. She gave me the best blow out I’ve ever had! She used the brush to curl the hair and styled it perfectly. It looked beautiful for several days. She knows what she’s doing with hair. She will be my go-to every time I’m in the city ️
