I chose this florist because my daughter had them create her wedding flowers and they were gorgeous. This arrangement was also beautiful. Easy to order and delivery was without issue.

I was so disappointed and frankly embarrassed with the floral piece that your company made for my brothers funeral. It lasted no longer than a few hours. By the next morning all the flowers were wilted. The other arrangements that people sent held up so much better.
Also I was very disappointed in the ribbon.thought it would be much bigger for the price and thought it would run from top to bottom of the floral piece.as is was, it looked quite silly. I cannot say I would ever use you again.

After I posted this review.approximately one half hour. I received a call from Sara from Blossom Flower Shop. She apologized for the mishap and offered a full refund.
Yes I was disappointed with the flowers, but I am far more impressed with the amazing customer relations. Sara was so kind and apologetic. And looking at the other reviews, it seems my order was something that happens on occasion and does not reflect the overall quality of Blossom Flowers.

Blossom Flower Shops creates consistently excellent flower arrangements. I recently ordered centerpieces and a corsage for my daughter's baby shower and they were stunning! Sara was very helpful-making suggestions and offering a way they could make the balloon bouquets I wanted and was having difficulty obtaining elsewhere. The delivery was exactly as promised. I would highly recommend them.

As always, Blossom comes through in a pinch. I really needed to do something to make a friend smile and Blossom got out a beautiful arrangement the same day and helped me deliver a smile!

If t was possible to put 0 star I would have. I was embarrassed when I received a picture of the flowers that they delivered for my friend’s father’s funeral. They charged me 204$ in USD and delivered a tiny vase with a handful of flowers. They have no mention of the currency on their site either. Their customer support is useless and did not care about my request. Do not use them. $275Cad for flowers that you can buy for $50Cad at any local shop. Stay away

Yes they are definitely the best they definitely are better than the flower bar on 11 addison street in larchmont ny my New York the owner Nancy white is very nasty very sharp buying flowers from trader joes on us 1 north and selling in her shop

Love love love! This flower shop. I Live out of state but my family all lives in Yonkers and this is for sure my to go flower shop for the past four years! Love ordering flowers from this place. Their customer service is on point. The quality of the blooms are fantastic. I ordered a bouquet of tulips for one of our secretaries for Admin Professional Day. It was a last minute order as she was inadvertently left off our previous order. Not only did they deliver the bouquet within less than 2 hours after making the order, but the tulips were so fresh and beautiful. I've been using Blossom Flowers for while now and they never ever disappoint. I'm sure they will make you happy to. Celebrate your life events with them. They are definitely worth the money and provide quality service.

I live out of state so I ordered online, called the shop to make sure my order went through and the lady on the phone was polite and professional. I wasn’t very sure at first, was afraid that flowers weren’t going to look like the pictures but my mother loved the flowers. They were as beautiful as the picture online. Easy to order, great customer service, great surprise for Mother’s Day… and I was notified when the flowers were delivered… truly recommend it and very grateful for the service.
