I would not recommend this center, especially for families with 2 full time working parents. My children attended for 2.5 years. We saw a LOT of turnover with the teachers. Extra activities such as soccer shots and tumble bus are at an additional cost, so if you don't pay, your child does not get to participate while the other children go outside. Same with field trips, if a parent does not attend, your child stays behind. The center is closed for every single holiday including 3-4 "staff development" days a year. Within our time there, they unexpectedly closed too many times, with one of the reasons being that they were understaffed. They did not offer a refund or credit for this. Communicating with the director and the owners was frustrating. They don't take accountability for anything, oftentimes blaming each other for cases of miscommunication. Overall, it felt like they put the business first before the best interest of the children and families.
