It was a pleasure to work with Blue Collar Roofers on a recent project for the parsonage at Unity Church in the valley. They were responsive in fitting us in their schedule before winter hit. Crew members were hard workers, working into the dark to "button up" the job for the first night when the weather turned. Price comparison with other estimates was favorable, with no hidden "extra charges”. The quality of their work and attention to all details in the contract was thorough. We interviewed 7 different roofers and felt at ease with Chris. He was always available and gave us the heads up. The employees who replaced the roof were outstanding by keeping the area clean. They worked hard and did not waste time. When they were done they cleaned all around the property and put things back in their place.

I told them before they started that my roof sagged over the kitchen and I wanted them to make it straight and flat. I pointed out neighbors roofs that had been redone and were straight. (The whole street had been built when 2x4 were truly 2x4 then had additions after 2x4 were 1 1/2 x 3 1/2 so all our kitchen roofs sagged.) I said I wanted mine as straight as the neighbors. They said they could do it. Halfway through the job I pointed out the roof still sagged. They said don't worry I wouldn't notice. I said I would surely notice. They said they would fix it if I paid double. That's called bait and switch, clown. I told your one pot smelling guy who came to estimate the job before you started what I wanted. You said yes then you lied, you lied, you lied, you ripped me off, you lied. I notice every day and I hate you.

After two years of looking at the incomplete, shoddy results of the last contractors we hired, we decided to gather our courage and contact Blue Collar Roofers for correction/ completion/ improvement to our roofing system. We were and continue to be stunned by BCR's level of mastery that so eloquently rendered to tangible reality what began in conversation as a vague vision and a laundry list of needs. From the initial contact with Taylor to the final inspection of the project, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge, communication, management and attention to every detail on a PROACTIVE (not reactive) level. I don't think "new roof" and "wonderful experience" are often used together in a sentence but every interaction we had with Blue Collar Roofers was fantastic.

From the initial quote with Chris and Alex to the amazing work with Manny and his team, the whole experience was wonderful.

Our roof had three layers *and* cedar shake, so we knew there would be plenty of obstacles. Any change of plan, or issue the crew encountered, I was contacted immediately, walked through all the options, and really felt like they were listening to me and offering the best advice at the same time.

Manny and his team showed up early, worked unbelievably hard, and stayed late to finish the project in two days. All of our plants and trees were well protected and taken care of. We've found 0 nails or debris since the job was done.

I hope this crew is still around in 50 years when its time to put another roof on.

Blue collar Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. The company was very responsive to all my questions and needs. They came when they said they were coming. The installers were very efficient. They moved the things out of the way and then put them back exactly where they were to begin with. My roof looks awesome. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Timely updates throughout the entire day and my roof had been highly damaged and neglected. They tried to save me money at every turn and delivered a wonderful roof that looks fantastic. Absolutely recommend for all roofing needs! We have had a stellar experience with this company! From start to finish the communication was fast and accommodating regarding details of the quote, the finance options, and assistance to make sure that we understood our specific needs. The full roof replacement and repairs were completed exactly on the timeline projected, and that was incredibly fast! The crew were so respectful to us and our home. They were clearly skilled, and cleaned up after project completion perfectly. Again, can’t say enough about the constant professional and courteous communication to keep us up to date, empowering us to make all decisions needed for our roof project as informed homeowners.
