Blue Line Dental, New York NY

It's been 6 months since I first saw Dr. Chavez to get veneers for just my two front teeth. I'm extremely particular about my teeth, so I was a very unreasonable patient, but Dr. Chavez was extremely patient and professional every step of the way. I couldn't be happier about the final product, and I don't think another dentist would have tolerated my every little idiosyncrasy the way Dr. Chavez and the entire staff did.

I recently moved and needed to find a new dentist and am so happy to have found Dr. Chavez. I had a dental emergency last week and was having severe tooth pain and needed to find a dentist that could get me in on short notice and provide me with an opinion I could trust. Dr. Chavez was so kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring and provided prompt and professional care to confirm that I did need to get a root canal. After seeing Dr. Chavez I went to see an endodontist to perform the root canal but will be back next week to see Dr. Chavez again to have him permanently restore or replace my crown post-root canal and will update my review after that. Based on my experience so far I am positive I will have excellent things to say. I am so glad to have found a dentist in NYC that I can trust!

I had my first appointment at Blue Line, and the staff were incredible. They were very sympathetic and understanding and patient. I really felt like i was cared for. I already have my next appointment scheduled! Thanks Blue Line!

Great facility, excellent customer service, very friendly and professional staff, state of the art technology, comfortable space and very timely execution of the service. Dr. Chavez is professional courteous and very personable. My actual cleaning, though efficient, was a bit uncomfortable. My hygienist, though very polite competent and friendly, could have been a tad gentler. Otherwise, this was a great visit.

On a follow up visit, I met Dr. Tam and a couple other hygienists. They were all very personable, thoughtful and very focused on providing a high quality experience - from asking me questions to explaining every step and the rationale behind it, sharing preventative measures and consistently checking in to see if I was comfortable. This team provided top-notch service.

The staff and Dr. Tam are amazing! I had a bad dental experience prior to coming to Blue Line and they made it all better. I would 1000% recommend them, especially if you are nervous about the dentist or had a prior bad experience. They literally held my hand to help me feel better and relax.

In my experience with Blue Line Dental, Dr. Tam and the staff has done everything well. From scheduling timely and convenient appointments, to treating me with respect and concern (I don't have a dentist phobia, but I'm sure they would rise to the occasion if I did), to the excellent work I had done from teeth cleaning to a new crown. Some years ago I taught ethics at the University of Maryland Dental School. Had I had my experience with Blue Line Dental back then, I would have offered it as Exhibit A of how a dental practice should operate.

This was the first time I was treated by the new addition to the team - Dr Tam. He was very friendly and obviously knew his stuff. He did an exam and fortunately this time no issues! Had my cleaning done by an experienced dental hygienist who suggested some ways I can improve my own dental hygiene. I am so glad I switched to this Dental office.
