Bluestone Lane 20 Hudson Yards Coffee Shop, New York NY

Very nice about laptop working at the tables, w/ passwordless wifi BUT the wifi is not that strong if you need to do more than email

We had a very delicious brunch in this coffee shop. We got a bunch of things - cappuccino, tea latte, macchiato along with avocado toast, omlette, bacon and more toast. The portions were just perfect and not overwhelmingly big. The place is right next to Hudson yards and has a nice vibe to it. Our server was a little lost and kept forgetting but it’s fine. The food was nice so we don’t mind.

Had a wonderful breakfast this morning at this Bluestone Lane location. Jayden was our server and he was attentive, polite and provided excellent service! The coffee and breakfast (avocado smash) were delicious, too. Will be sure to return.

Love it here! Can't beat this area and I'm always stopping in for a coffee or smoothie!

A first visit-I loved it! Bright and airy with very courteous staff. The breakfast felt more like a brunch and I must go there again, and again.

Loved it. I ordered a croissant and my daughter a cookie, we both thought they were delicious and fresh. The main meals looked gorgeous.

Anthony just made our day! He helped my son pick the perfect smoothie and made sure we had everything we needed. Technically we were in the takeout line but he accommodated us ordering dine in so I could enjoy my rose in a glass. Amazing service and atmosphere!

I go to thsi coffe shop very often as I work in the mall but today (may 8th around 1.20pm) I didn't have a great experience.
I asked an almond cappuccino which I usually take and given in a size cup that was not displayed but looks smaller than the usual 8 oz as I never finished the full 8 ounces and I also do not want to spill my coffe while walking if the cup is too full. I tried to explain the person at the register in which cup I usually take my coffe and the person answered me that he works there and that cup doesn't exist. I told him that I don't have reason to lie, I don't care paying for the full price is not about that, I just don't want the cup super full and I do take the other shape/size of coffe usually. While waiting for the coffe, he than showed me the cup that i was trying to explain which proved I didn't lie and he was the one doubted me with no reason.and was not informed about that cup.
With that being said, my cappuccino was over flowing the cup and burned infact I burned my self while drinking and had to ask for an additional cup to waist some of the coffe. It was without foam and was undrinkable: -/.

I've worked in the mall here for about two years now and this is my go to for coffee and a quick bite. The food is always great, employees always friendly, but lately I've noticed a lack of staff.

Employees are always in the back trying to get work done (usually only one person working) and no one is ever at the front to take your order. One night I came here and this poor girl told me she'd had to use the bathroom for two hours and apologized profusely for having to lock up the store for five minutes! Nobody should have to resort to that, especially for a measly minimum wage.

If I use the kiosk or app it usually takes staff 5-10 minutes to even notice an order came through. It didn't used to be like this here, but I guess it's no different than most places these days. I hope management finds more employees.and treats them better!

While I was here, it was busy, but I Love this place. Allen, the barista, was nice and quick with the drinks despite the several orders he had lined up. He didn’t seem overwhelmed and maintained a good attitude, this place does seem short staffed and I hope they solve that problem, 10/10 would recommend

In town for the restaurant show. Came here 4 days in a row. Saturday to Tuesday. Tuesday was just not the same. Order was taken incorrectly and I had to point out twice it was wrong before getting it corrected. Order the best mates bowl and Tuesday the dressing was not included. Least busy day service was slower. I really had felt that I found a lovely coffee shop we great food and then was let down. Quite disappointing in the end.

Tucked in a quiet corner with windows and high chairs giving relaxed atmosphere, laid back with great cappuccino with oat milk, staff are friendly, lovely place

Not the best trained staff, rude and inconsistant. But the worse offender was the drink: cappuccinos did not taste like they had espresso in them! Tasted like artificially flavored dense milk with below average cocoa powder. A downer after a nice day in the city.

Ordered a Banana Toast, gave it to me with no cutlery, when asked they said they were out of those, but what about normal NOT PLASTIC cutlery? Seems like they didnt wanna do the extra work to wash em off later.the same with the coffee, expected it in a normal cup but gave it in a paper cup. Really disappointing. Coffee and Toast was Good. I recently visited the Bluestone Lane location at Hudson Yard and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the hot chocolate and cappuccino I ordered. The hot chocolate was thin and watery, with very little chocolate flavor.

The cappuccino was also subpar, lacking the creamy texture and rich flavor I would expect from a good cappuccino.

In addition, the couch seats were dirty and seemed unhygienic - even the seats on the NY subways were cleaner. The only positive aspect of the seating was the cleanliness of the bar stools.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the drinks and seating at this location and would not recommend it to others.
