My sales rep, John C.was the best! He was very attentive and very knowledgeable about his cars. He made sure that I received the best deal. I leased a 2021 BMW x2 at a very good price. I love my ride! I went to many other places including Mercedes of Rockville Centre and did not receive the same service as I did at Freeport. I’m very pleased and recommend this dealership!

Comfortable and pleasant environment. Warmly greeted when entering and offered a beverage. My appointment was with Mr. Sam Hilas and he greeted me warmly and we proceeded to the business at hand which I much appreciated. Mr. Holes is a consummate professional with excellent knowledge of his product and by asking and engaging me in key questions about what my needs, must haves, nice to haves, and budget we were able to have a very productive interaction.

The buying process was beyond what I was anticipating. My Client Advisor, Keith Lindsay, was so knowledgeable about the car I was most interested in and even more so, he was patient throughout the entire process. Not only was Keith a pleasure to deal with, but so was everyone else I met at BMW of Freeport. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone's future BMW purchase!

When I arrived at BMW of Freeport I wanted to check out the used cars they had available. I also had a specific idea of the car I wanted and how much I was willing to pay monthly, not necessarily with the intention to purchase the day of. Keith was very helpful in that he tried to meet my specific requirements as closely as possible and I ended up finding a new car that is more than perfect. Great guy!

Gus was an amazing salesperson. My wife and I were on the fence about moving up to a 5-series or just sticking with the 3. Gus took the time and patience to go through in-detail the advantages and disadvantages of both. We also had an extensive test drive in both series to ensure it was right for us. Thank you Gus!

My friend and I went there today (Jul 7,2018) to inquire about the X1 & X3. The gentleman asked a few questions then made a lot of assumptions. Now my experience with dealerships everything is based on credit and down payment. Now my credit is 700 mind you he hadn't ran my credit. He assumed since my car note was high and I'm black that my credit was bad.

My buddy asked what was the price of the X3 Demo and he said what difference does it make. Your monthly note will be high based on your current car payment. He then proceeded to tell us that he and his wife get a loaner a piece and his son. That his son's ex-girlfriend was driving a fully loaded X5 lucky he likes her he says. We asked what does that have to do with us. His remark was unless you plan on paying off the 4000 you owe on your lease and put a down payment down your car payment will be in the 600 amount.

I was like ok you know this based on what. At that point it was time for me to leave because this was all about him stereotyping me. Well you just lost my business to Lexus. Who gave me a deal that they would pay half of the remaining balance and I pay the other half and got me into a RX with a low downpayment and 300 monthly car lease payment.

I wouldn't ever recommend this place.

Very unprofessional to deal with them I have bought 2 M cars from this dealership and yet their customer service is very unprofessional. I would never come back ever again it feels like as if I purchase a car from honda with the type of service they’re giving me. I’ve spent $185k on both of my cars from them. Joel Torrecampo the Filipino Finance manager is the worst finance manager I have ever encounter ever.don’t buy from this ghetto dealership you will regret dealing with them period.

I recently purchased a car with this particular dealer and Josh was amazing, kind, compassionate and it was because of him i got the car, i never been happier, go to Josh Levine he is the best.

Ask for Alex chu, honest and great salesman. Got a really good deal on a 2018 340i xdrive m sport on the lease. Despite being it full loaded got a really food deal on the lease and extra 6000 miles

I would highly recommend Nina Czerepak as Pre-Owned Client Advisor. She was extremely responsive and walked me through the process. Throughout the process I believed that she had my interests at heart and looking out for me. She made this experience easy and stress free.

I don't normally write extensive reviews, but BMW Freeport was so good that I have to put this up.

I'm averse to pushy salesmen and all the underhanded tactics associated with haggling. I like to trust the person that I'm buying from: transparency's more important than an ostensible "deal. " The three dealers I went to prior to Freeport all had some catch that came with the price or some surprise fee after settling on a price. Not here. It was like a breath of fresh air. First, they had the model I inquired about. No bait and switch. Second, I was introduced to Alex B, who was well informed about the car and upfront about the price. He gave me a trade-in price comparable to other dealers- no tricks or cuts to the trade-in value. A pure professional. The test drive was enjoyable, and he provided me with clear information. I left the dealership with a quote that wasn't tacked on with BS charges to overinflate the price. I went to one more dealer, who was more of the same, and I came right back the following day to purchase my car from Alex.

Finally, going through financing with Anthony was a breeze. No heavy handed pressure tactics to get you to purchase packages you don't need or want. SO I ended up purchasing a package I didn't plan on BECAUSE he gave me the opportunity to weigh them on my own account. It was very well damn worth it to. They earned a life-time customer after this experience.

Had a great experience with Lucia. She took the time to go over everythjng, show us all the options, was extremely patient, and in the end she was able to work out a great deal for us on a 2018 X1. Please request her when you visit this dealer, you will get the best saleswoman out there!
