Had such a wonderful experience here and highly recommend Rashane. He was professional, courteous, and not “salesy” in that annoying way. He totally heard everything I said and helped me get the best deal possible. Car salesmen often get a bad rep but Rashane is the reason they should have a good one!

Best dealership in Westchester county. Sales rep Joe Marra was very knowledgeable and works with you to give you the best price. I will be going back for future vehicles and recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by.

Tried to order some parts. They were very busy. I got passed around between Parts and Service 3 times. When Parts finally picked up (and I could tell I was on speakerphone) there was so much background noise the rep couldn't hear me so he hung up. They seemed very scattered. I would say outside of making an appointment, go to the dealership. You may get a better result.

I moved out of state for school. When I called Tim Stone to inquire about a possible mix-up at the dealership, he quickly responded and got me the help I needed. Thank you for your good work and continuing to make my BMW experience a pleasant one. Will keep you in mind when I come back!

3-1/2 hours for oil change & inspection. With no communication in the interim! “Problems with the inspection machine? ” Seriously?

I have brought my car in to this establishment for a number of years for all of the service to my BMW. I generally wait there while they perform the service as the waiting area is very comfortable. Note that you pay for the good service as BMW parts are not cheap and they have fairly high labor rates.

This place has the worst customer service in all of ny ive been to alot of different dealerships for service im a 750 g 11 customer they always gv me a 3 series for a loaner car there cofee sucks facility looks old as hell service manager is very rude he cares more about selling his cars than servicing a customer i wouldnt reccomend service here to anyone very rude and uncourteous a honda dealer will treat you better try going to pace or greenwich wayBetter service check the reviews come here at your own risk

Things took too long, communication not great and prices are high. They were able to be resolve outmr issues after several calls and a 24-hour delay.

A friend had referred me to BMW of Westchester to have my car serviced. From the second I called, I already knew I was in the right hands. I left a voicemail with Maria and she promptly returned the phone call. I had expressed my concerns about my vehicle and the other service center that I had been bringing my car to. I had recently dropped off my vehicle at another service center in Port Chester about 3 weeks before that with no luck of fixing my car. Port Chester had my car for 10 days and was unable to fix a whirring sound coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle. On top of having my car for 10 days, Port Chester tried returning my car with a giant bubble on the front driver's side tire. I had to go the following day to pick up my car. Talk about an inconvenience. Did anyone realize they were returning my vehicle with this golf ball on my tire? ! The car had nothing wrong with the tires when I dropped it off. I actually just had the tire replaced a week before dropping it off. Port Chester advised my father (a retired mechanic) to open up the engine to see if there was anything he could figure out. I literally thought I bought a lemon. My faith in BMW at this point was nonexistent. Luckily, Maria reassured me that my vehicle would be returned as if it was brand new. And by my surprise, my vehicle is fixed. My new service advisor at BMW of Westchester is Marco Di Stefano. I met him late at 8PM the night I dropped off my car. I just made it to the shop in time. I expressed all of my concerns with my vehicle and the poor service I had with the service center in Port Chester. He said he would have the diagnosis tomorrow. Sure enough, I received a phone call from Marco regarding the issue. As we originally suspected, the front passenger wheel bearing had to be replaced. BMW of Westchester had my car for only 2 days. Not only did they fix my car, but they gave me an awesome x5 as a loaner. I have a 2016 750i xdrive. The car is basically fully loaded. It is nice that I was offered a comparable loaner. The loaners I was getting at Port Chester were a basic 3 or 4 series. I could not be any more satisfied with the service I received here. I will bring all my business to BMW of Westchester and be sure to refer my friends here. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the best place to get service, Benito is always super helpful and he takes care of every single detail that the car needs. He is always nice and his 30+ year experience makes everyone feel so comfortable in regards of what needs to be done for their car.
For every Bmw service location that i have been this is the most clean and most updated facility, but the costumer service is what makes me come back, especially Benito.

Excellent staff. Jorge is the best service advisor I’ve had in a very long time. I used to get my car serviced at other dealers and I’m very happy I switched to Ray Catena. They are professional, and your vehicle gets repaired the right way. Management really cares about making customers happy and even the people that greet you are friendly and hospitable. This place is all around great!

Bought my 535 in 2010 since then had to bring in for minor help at the service area for instance bluetooth connection- knobs that fell off. Edwin Tavares in service has always helped me without hesitation Been courteous and service oriented. See him if you have a problem
