Service manager was not very friendly, both making the appt and actual service. He forgot the most important request- N. Y.inspection. Tech should have found expiration during his vehicle check.

Our sales lady was great. That being said we were concerned about some of the scratches on the vehicle we purchased. They covered them up when we picked it up. The first car wash revealed the scratches. They also changed the rotors but not the break pads. We are still waiting on the money we were over charged for registration fee. When we purchased a van when it was Genesee valley the experience was 10 stars. We will not be purchasing another vehicle from them again. Make sure when buying from them look extremely well at everything.

I was able to get service on my vehicle on short notice and there was not a long wait.and as always the personal are very friendly and courteous.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Once you've signed the bottom line every interaction with customer service is completely unprofessional. They will nickle and dime you every chance they get.

Had my oil changed there recently, and they wouldn't accept my coupon unless it was printed out, but it stated in E-mail that all I had to do was show them the E-mail and would be honored. Called to pay for the oil change over the phone as I was at work and would pick the vehicle up after work and it would be after hours and they refused to leave keys in car after I gave them permission to leave keys in car. Went to pick car up the next morning on my way to work and could not get in my vehicle had to use my second set of keys to get vehicle and my husband had to go back and get the original set. They have left other set of keys in our other new vehicle for us but refused to do it for this one.

My first experience buying a newer car and financing. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Made the decision to pull the trigger on the car on Friday afternoon and took possession of the car on Monday! Most everything was handled via text and then phone, which was fantastic as I live 45 minutes away. Salesman Cole was friendly and helpful, answered my questions and applied NO pressure. Garth from finance was also really great. He explained things clearly and worked to get me a great rate.
The in-person paperwork was well organized and quick. I was out the door in a half hour or less. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience!

Andy the service manager is the man! When I need service or a question he's quick to reply and willing to help. I took my truck in and got it back the same day.

Bob Dhondt was my sales representative and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was super nervous about leasing a vehicle for the first time but he answered all of my questions in detail and really put me at ease. It was over all a wonderful experience!

One thing you don’t want to do is buy a used car from these people. I bought a jeep for them there is a huge hole in the sub frame to the point where the wheel could fall off. I know for a fact a hole that size could not happen in the 6 month I had the car. And service manager said oh there could of been a flak covering it up. So my safty and my kids safety are in jeopardy because your tech didn’t do his job. Never again will I buy a car from these people or recommend one

I never met such a wonderful clientele. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. They listened to everything I had to say into what I was looking for. I trust this dealership wholeheartedly! I would highly recommend them.

I have no issues with Bob Johnson Chevy. I was there about a month ago to see if I could get out of my lease. My salesman, Anthony Sutera told me I was too early. I was back out there on Thursday June 24th and Tony was able to get me out of my lease into another 19 Equinox. I was able to get back into the LT trim, (mid level) as my previous 19 is an LS (Base trim) and prior to that I had a 2012 Equinox LT. I plan on keeping my next Equinox till the wheels fall off.

This was a lot better experience then I thought it would be. I have not had good luck with purchasing cars in the past. Cole and Steve were great. They listened to what I wanted, got me in what I wanted with the payment I wanted to be at. The payment was what we discussed and didn't go up when I went to sign the papers. I was very nervous about the process.

Good friendly service. Dave Sproull was our salesman and this is the 5th vehicle we have gotten from there and the service is always top notch. Will be back next year

This morning I went in to fix my washer fluid problem which was covered. They ended up taking my filters out and recommended I replace them so I agreed to find out that I could have gotten them way cheaper through my boyfriends dealership. I talked to the manager tim and asked to get my old ones put back in so I didn’t have to overpay. I was told it would ruin one of the filters to take it out and that I’d have to pay labor either way. I was talked to very unprofessionally by Tim and will be making sure to not go there alone next time as I felt I was being taken advantage of.

Bryan Small was amazing to work with. He was accommodating, personable, and I felt extremely comfortable. I will recommend Bryan and Bob Johnson to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

I wasn't really ready to purchase a new vehicle but decided it was my best option.
Steve Johnson and Cole Johnson were very patient and helpful thru the entire process.
Cole was my actual salesman and he presented options, numbers and even brought in a car I was very interested in.
Once I had made a decision, Cole was excellent start to finish and has touched base with me since the purchase.
I actually decided to stick with Bob Johnson and shop just at that location because of Steve and Cole.

Went for a oil change, tire rotation, and warranty work. They got me right in, and was done very fast! Service people were very helpful. Overall a great experience. I give them a 10 out of 10!

Bill was very knowledgeable and efficient with no pressure, just wanting to put you in the best car for your needs. He was friendly and patient with me who has not owned a new car in 9 years. Pleasant and exciting experience. I love the suv!
