17The service level isn't the same as it was before the takeover. Not nearly as friendly and service oriented. Fees charged for everything now where before it was a matter of earning business.
I had Sean Them help me through my car buying process, he was extremely kind and very easy to work with. He answered all question asked and provided all necessary information. I couldn't be more happy with my experiance with him and my new car. I would recommend Bob Johnson if you're looking for both new and use cars. Great selection and great people.

I live 2 hours away but was able to do almost everything ahead of time and only needed to spend 15 minutes at the dealership.
We placed a hold fee before purchasing our vehicle. We were told the hold fee would be returned after the purchase of our vehicle. After purchasing our vehicle we were told that the hold fee would be returned by check in the mail. Two weeks went by and we had yet to receive our due funds. We tried contacting our sales representative by email, and text. After a few failed attempts finally he responded that he needed to reach out to accounting and follow up with us. After many more failed contact attempts we again did not get a follow up from our sales representative. We contacted the bob johnson store and finally after several attempts to speak with a manager and after leaving a detailed message the manager got back to us. He made excuses for the sales representative and put the blame on accounting. We agreed to go in and pick up our check not wanting to have to wait for our money any further than we had already been delayed. Upon our arrival we spotted our sales representative and he cowardly stayed his distance and offered no apology. The lack of responses to our reaching out for answers and the way the manager tried to dismiss the sales representative behavior was utterly disgusting. There was no empathy that we had to travel out to the car establishment again and be inconvenienced further and it was not appreciated. Instead of working towards a healthy resolve management was just as weak as the poor mannered sales representative.
We were on a search for the "right car" and had done some looking. When we walked in, we were greeted by Chris. He pointed us to the "right car" and explained all of its many features. We returned 3 days later, did a test drive and were able to strike a deal.
We had been to many dealers but here, we were greeted with enthusiasm and a clear interest to help with our search.
