I was initially going with another dealership in the Rochester area who rubbed me the wrong way, so ended up calling Bob Johnson where they had the same car I wanted, but a little more expensive. It was my first time buying a car and I'm not local to the area, so was doing everything over the phone prior to coming in. Not only did they give me the car for less than the other place was selling it, they were completely upfront and transparent the whole time, very thorough and made sure I was prepared to come in, never pressured me into anything, and were just all around kind. The manager, Allen; salesman, Art; and finance manager, Asena, were all amazing. Got everything done within the week and picked up my car over the weekend. Would highly recommend.

I’d take what they say with a grain of salt. I took my car in for recall work and was quoted roughly $1,200 and told I needed a totally new exhaust. I got it fixed somewhere else for $200, because I needed a new gasket on the exhaust, screws, and headlights. When I spoke with Bob Johnson Kia, they said this was because with my car they often need to replace the whole exhaust once they start working and find more rust. So, they tell customers its the whole thing just in case, so they don’t end up eating an extra cost. They were very kind about my call, but honestly scared me into not driving it when I took it in initially. I’d be careful here, seems like scare tactics for higher revenue to me
