The owner of this place is super nice. Place is clean and well stocked with equipment. Beautiful spot on Black River. Inside and outside seating.

We took a whitewater rafting trip down the Black River with B. O. B.rafting in August. It was an amazing adventure. Bob and Scott are top notch when it comes to providing you with an exciting and safe day on the water. You won’t be disappointed when booking with B. O. B.rafting. I can’t wait to run the river again next time we are in the Watertown area. Also, a big thank you to Mike who provided the backup safety boat.

First time whitewater rafting-I was nervous. Instructors were knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Instructions were excellent, and we had a great time. Brandon kept us entertained too! I would highly suggest this location for whitewater rafting!

Highly recommend B. O. B Rafting. Went Aug '22 and had a great time. Brandon was excellent as was the entire team of experts. Bob, the owner was present as well and is very polite and inviting on the phone and in person. Great experience. My 14 year old enjoyed her first white water rafting experience. Lots of jokes and a great time overall!

B. O. B saved the day! We had a terrible experience in Seneca Falls on a houseboat and had to head back to Watertown without getting a chance to enjoy some kayaking with our son. I think I know where Jimmy Hoffa is- he’s rotting in the hull of that houseboat.

Our last full day in the area, a little early in the season, I was worried we’d have a hard time finding rentals on such a short notice. I called Bob at 0900 and although he wasn’t in town, he arranged for another gentleman (thanks Scott) to meet us at the shop (which isn’t even open full time now) a couple of hours later. Scott hooked us up with four clean kayaks, non-smelly lifevests and dry bags (my phone loves the water) for a half day on the Black River.

This area on the river is gorgeous and I appreciated the opportunity to rent for half a day, as it was just right! The river was clean, quiet, and seeing a turkey hen fly over the river made my day.

Soooo, if you’re local and haven’t experienced this activity or you have family/friends visiting this summer, book this NOW. It’s easy to navigate, peaceful, and you’ll get your money’s worth!

Had great experience with booking and sign in. Our guide Scott gave us exceptional experience. It was worth the price. They also provide photos during rafting fire a mere price of $35.

A great value and great time with Bob's! This is a lot of fun as log as you know it is not a lazy float down river. We had 13 of us on 2 boats and even though the pre river safety orientation may get you nervous (if anything goes wrong, you are an active participant in your own rescue) the guides do a great job in keeping us safe and on task. 3 of our party fell in and they still loved it! Thanks BOB keep rolling on the river!

Had the pleasure of taking a trip recently with B. O. B. Rafting and it was great! We were a party of 13 split between two rafts and every single person had an incredible time. The B. O. B.crew are very skilled and great coaches, and they made sure our excursion was amazing!

We were in the river for about an hour and a half, navigating many sets of exciting rapids as well as enjoying some scenic floats through calmer areas. There is a portage area about midway, requiring the raft to be carried a short distance around a dam, where we took a break and received snacks & drinks. The trip concluded with the opportunity to get in and swim the rapids, which was very fun!

Their location has a large outdoor deck with plenty of tables, where we were able to enjoy a post trip picnic to relax and chat with the crew some more. They also took many great pictures to commemorate the trip. Such a truly nice and welcoming group and we enjoyed them so much!

B. O. B. Rafting is a fabulous family business and we were blown away by their hospitality and how fun they made the day. Exactly the sort of small business you can feel great about supporting! We will definitely be back!

Great experience for a large group of first timers! Guides and staff were absolutely amazing from the beginning. Very hospitable no matter what shape, size or color you come in! After the INTENSE Rafting we we're invited to use the large picnic area/deck in the back for the day and the staff joined us for bbq and stories! Feels like family from the very second you walk in!

Bob and his tour guides provided an extremely enjoyable rafting experience. All staff is entertaining and follows safety protocols. Highly recommended
